Le Reve Charmant- 2BR/2BA Pet Friendly home!

This unique one-story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,300 square feet of living space and a comfortable porch.

You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room, dining room and all New kitchen appliances, with a breakfast counter, refrigerator, microwave, K-cup coffee bar, air fryer, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas, there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you’ll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Wonderful

Loved the location and the property. The property was spacious, convenient, comfortable, beautiful, and immaculate. It was truly a wonderful experience. I love the gated community of Martinique and being away from the congestion of Gulf Shores. The beach is fabulous. I will definitely want to stay in Martinique again and especially in LeReve Charmant!

Lovely Home

We cooked most days, and found everything we needed (including a crock pot!)My husband and I are old-school when it comes to appliances, so were grateful for the simple washing machine that allows you to throw something in mid-cycle.Like other reviewers, we appreciated the extra bedside outlets with USB chargers, and the sound machines as well.The only thing we had a bit of bother with was the computerized thermostat... it had an 'evening program' that would come on each night to drop temp to 71 degrees (too cold for us, especially in Sept). Ultimately, we were able to bypass it, but it was not a simple operation.All in all, excellent rental & wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The only negatives I have are; the part of the coffee maker that holds k-cups was nowhere to be found. :( The only other thing was the inability to adjust the fans. We all found that we were warm at night and wished we could have tried adjusting the fan speed or that there was a box fan to cool things off more. We found that sleeping at night we were warmer than we would have liked. These two things would NOT keep us from staying again though.

This was probably one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! Everything was truly perfect, from the upscale linens, gorgeous decor, kitchen supplies and location on the property. Comfortable and very clean. Seamless check-in and checkout procedure. Not one issue during our stay. Golf cart was a life saver and our (grownup) kids loved the flexibility of coming down to the beach whenever they wanted. We hated to leave but we will be returning to Martinique for our next beach vacation for sure. Peaceful, relaxing and just what our family needed.

The beds were soooo fantastically comfortable. The resort was as described. Pool was great, beach was great, golf cart was so helpful. This was our first time in the south and we are from Kansas. Was very surprised by the amount of critters. We had a snake in our laundry closet welcome us on our first day 😉, frogs in the house, tons of mosquitoes, big flying ants, and tons of sweet ants in the bathroom. I almost wonder if there was some sort of hole in our unit bc our neighbors/friends didn’t have the same experience. Overall though, great vacation and great place to stay.

From the second we walked in we felt as if it were an oasis. We stayed in a cottage home called Le Reve Charmant. This particular property is decorated with luxury in mind, from the linens to the dining room and every detail is thought about and planned for, including beach toys, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to use. Communication with the owner and property management team was very easy. The golf cart was a family favorite as it made getting around the property easy and fun.The property itself had perfect choices for daily activity. The covered pool was great when we needed a break from the sun. The rental items at the beach worked out well (although go head and sit they will come to you- they aren’t always on property and we stood waiting for awhile when it wasn’t necessary). Water-sports were less than a 5 minute drive at the Beach Club and they were affordable and friendly! We even got to have a drink at the beach club after and enjoy their beach and pool for a little.What we loved was we were off the “main path” and yet a short drive from everything. We would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. My kids wanted me to add: they loved all the extra touches like the racquets and toys and they loved how it smelled:) Thank You for a great week at the beach!
