The Celadon Beach Resort is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and is located directly on the beach. Celadon is a family-friendly resort and provides the ultimate beach vacation experience. This resort offers one indoor/outdoor heated pool with a hot tub on the club side and another partially covered pool with a hot tub on the beachside. Other CBR amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and on-site rental Jet skis and other water activities.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Celadon Beach Resort is a smoke free environment.

No pets are allowed per HOA.

This amazing Gulf Front Unit is located on the 14th floor. It is one of the largest floor plans in the building. It has a massive wrap around balcony that wraps around the entire unit providing breathtaking sunset views down the coast. Windows with water views everywhere, wake up to the grandest view PCB offers. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a door leading out to the balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Master bathroom is spacious with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large window overlooking the water. Enjoy the spectacular sunset in panoramic view. The third bedroom is spacious with 2 twin beds and tropical decor. The living room opens onto the balcony and has 3 large picture windows on the west end of the building that allows a beautiful panoramic view of the Panama City Beach coastline from the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Sit anywhere in the main living area and view the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The laundry room with a large washer and dryer is located across from the twin bedroom.

2 parking spots are available per stay. One is a numbered space underneath the building and the other is first come first serve. A one time charge payable to the on site office upon check in is required for parking passes.

Nice but not blown away

We stayed at this property last year. Last year's condo was nicer and more updated. This condo seemed not as nice and wasn't overly clean. Didn't appreciate getting a parking ticket for parking under the condo when we had a free parking space and code to park under there. There should be communication with the owners and property mgt and not bring vacationers into communication issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. We vacation at The Celadon every year and always enjoy our stay. This is the first time we have stayed in condo#1409 and overall it accommodated us. But a few concerns is, we had our young grandchildren with us and the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock and the children could slide it open, including our 18 month old granddaughter. So that was very worrisome. Also we were constantly tracking in sand and had nothing, (that worked) to clean it up except a vacuum cleaner that wouldn't suck, a Dustbuster that wouldn't suck and a broom/dustpan that was made for a toddler, (too short for an adult). Overall the place was neat, orderly and spacious and we enjoyed it. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo for Brown Family vacation 2024. Sincerely, Rhonda and Willie

Great Stay

Great overall stay. We really enjoyed our time! It was clean, convenient location, easily accessible. My only concern I had is that the doors on the living room didn’t have a lock so my toddler could push the doors open and get on the balcony… that really needs to be fixed. Other than that, awesome stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the Celadon in past years, but had a few disappointing issues this year. First of all, the unit was filthy dirty! The floors were gross, and the furniture is stained and dirty. The new management company leaves a lot to be desired as well. Very rude and condescending to elderly guests. Not sure if I will be going back after four years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1409 was sufficient for our needs for this trip. The unit having a parking spot in the garage is a plus. The only drawback to this trip was the elevators at Celadon. These are supposed to be all new and yet one day for a period of time there was only one elevator working. There was line of people all the way to the beach waiting to go up. This is going to be a deciding factor for us to choose any unit at Celadon in the future.

Great Views but Needs Updating

The condo itself has amazing views. There are dings on the walls but that is unavoidable with the number of suitcases in and out. The vacuum cleaner shoots out sand when you turn it on, the toaster is gross, mixer is caked with stuff, the dishwasher was either not ran or the dishwasher wasn't working, broken flower pot, master shower door is broken on frame at bottom, and kitchen cabinets plastic coating is coming off. The pool code didn't work, so we called the customer service number. We were told that they didn't have another code, so we should figure it out from another guest and call them back with the updated code. I didn't cook due to the lack of cleanliness of the utensils and small appliances. We did kill a few live roaches. A few little updates could make this ok place an amazing place.

Great View

Pros- Great View, comfortable, elevators were fast, quiet location. Cons- Kurig coffee maker-broken, pots and pans need replacing, lock on sliding door to balcony missing, vase on TV stand was broken and pushed against wall to keep together, knob on kitchen faucet sprayer missing. Mater bedroom bed, very noisy. Easy fixes, however after trying to contact owner or management through email per there request, no response. I would recommend this place, however they do need to do some simple repairs.

Summary of our stay: Master bedroom: Bed sleeps fine, little creaky Drain in bathroom is slow Toilet takes a while to flush Towels, bathroom floor, bathroom sink had numerous long black hairs Black hairs all on comforter Living room/kitchen area: White plant pot broken in half on the table with tv Sprayer on sink is broken Twin guest room: Mattresses are BAD, especially the bed close to the window Long black hairs in bathroom, towels, sink, floor Entire unit has a nice layout, very spacious for our crew. Beautiful view! We enjoyed our stay. Condo needs new paint on all the walls. The unit was not completely clean. There were long black hairs on our towels and on the bed comforters. Those hairs were also on the floors and in shower of bathroom. They did not dust or vacuum/sweep the floor. Sand everywhere. We would like to have the cleaning fee refunded please as we had to do this cleaning when we arrived for our week stay.

I would stay again

Overall the condo was good! The kitchen was well stocked! The scratches on the walls that some complained about can’t really be helped due to people bringing in luggage and chairs that’s bound to happen. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes! The location was perfect!! It was away from the crowd and traffic yet close to Walmart and dollar general. Overall the condo was clean!! We had a great vacation!!

The public property areas are well maintained, and we were satisfied overall with the unit. We appreciated the assigned parking spot and beach chairs. The pros of the unit were the balcony, ample linens and tasteful decor. The cons were the mattresses and the small appliances. All of the mattresses need to be replaced and a new toaster and coffee pot would be in order. We would rent 1409 again as it is superior to the average rental, but a few changes would make it a solid 5 star!

Not what I expected

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. The PM group did send someone out to clean after we called it in but there was still mildew in the master bath shower. We also reported 3 days in a row that the master bath toilet was running and needed to be fixed as well as the master sink was clogged. For 3 days we had to turn off the water to the toilet at night and had to look at water in the sink. When I requested someone call me over the cleanliness of the unit no call was ever received. I also reported that the one coffee maker was broke no one ever called or came out for that. I have stayed numerous times in this building in another unit with no issues however this unit and it’s management are a complete mess.

When we arrived there was a broken vase in the living room. Bathroom had mold all over the shower curtain. There were a pair of shoes that didnt belong to any of us. Also the door wouldnt shut. We could just walk in without using the code. BUT it provided us a place to stay.

Overall it was good

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved the extra big balcony . The elevators were super quick. A few small things: high traffic areas had dirty walls , the floors weren’t that clean. Surfaces need dusting/wiping. My biggest complaint was that master bed was shaking. The host offered to address the issues but it wasn’t a big deal except the bed (just not sure what they could’ve done to it) . I would also suggest updating the frying pans/sharpening knives (I’m glad we brought our own) .

Good Location

The condo is in a great location. However, it is in need of cleaning and updating. The towel rack in the master bath was broken. The handle in the kitchen sink was broken. There was a thick layer of dust on surfaces. The bathroom floor was sticky. Bedroom furniture is well worn. Could be great with a little TLC.

Shhhh, it's the perfect place!!

We love this condo. This is our first year at Panama City Beach, and this has become "our new spot"! It's the perfect amount of room for our family of 4 (2 active boys), and we could have easily brought 2 more people with us and been very comfortable. I really appreciated the updated and neutral decor. It felt balanced and welcoming. The view was amazing; you could see for miles. It is beautifully positioned so that you can see sunrise out the front door and witness sunset over the ocean from your balcony. We can't wait to go back!

Nice Unit & Location, Poor Management Company

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Celadon several times in the past because we love the location.My main complaint is with the management company, not the unit itself. The unit was nice, with nice furnishings, and had plenty of room for our family of 4.The floors were not clean when we checked in even though the cleaning crew had just left. The rugs (living room & hall bedroom) had not been vacuumed or shaken out and had food crumbs and sand on them. Before we settled in, I had to sweep. The vacuum in the unit was broken (it sprayed the sand back out).The check-in info provided prior to arrival provided the wrong code for the one parking space under the condo. There was no one at the front desk. I called the management co. and was told that someone would call me back with the proper code. I never received a call.The management company also failed to provide the code for the pool. We had to obtain this information from the security guard at the pool.The blinds in the living/dining area are broken, so we were not able to pull them down in the afternoons when the sun is very bright and warm.The TVs in the bedrooms did not work well. They would glitch and/or turn off after being on for a while.I emailed the management company during our stay, but never received a response.Overall, the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beach chair service was a plus and the unit came equipped with extra chairs and umbrellas. I wish we would have known this prior to arrival because we would have left ours at home. I did ask the management company, prior to arrival, if extra chairs/toys were in the unit, and was told that they did not know. For those traveling with family, needing cargo space, this kind of information is nice to know.Wish the management company would have provided correct and thorough information and would have returned my call about the garage code.
