In the district of Cumbre del Sol 7 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool. Private: beautiful terraced garden lawn. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 7 km pebble beach "Cala Moreig" 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
