Bonne vacances à villa Kalmias
Villa très grande,pas toute neuve mais propre, superbe vue de la piscine, joli jardin, très calme, sans vie à vie. Boîte à clés Communication facile avec l'agence via whatsapp ( J'ai apprécié le suivi et le dialogue en français) Pas possible de stationner à l'intérieur avec 2 voitures, emplacement trop petit (1 de nos voiture est resté à l'extérieur sur la route) Porte cuisine / terrasse extérieur condamné. Pas de rideaux opaque ou store pour limiter le soleil Odeur égouts dans salle d eau

Superb Vista
A somewhat tired villa with one of the best views in the area and all very quiet and private which we loved. All in all, a aging villa, mostly on one level, for a quite relaxing break and magnificent 270-degree views of sea, mountains and the area. The pool has no steps and has a very shallow incline for the first 4 meters and thus ideal for supervised toddlers / disabled persons. Exam question is would I book it again – a definite Yes.

WEIT oben, man braucht ne Weile, um zum Haus zu kommen... aber DANN lohnt es sich! Super Aussicht auf Meer und Umgebung. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

Tout est parfait, seule bémol, les voisins.. c’est dommage de disposer d’une si belle maison avec une si belle vue sans pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur car le moindre bruit est dérangeant. Cependant la vue est incroyable Les chambres et les salles d’eau sont spacieuses Les équipements sont très suffisant Une voiture est indispensable Personnel réactif et conciliant

Aussicht ist wunderschön !!!!
Die Villa hat schon paar Jahre hinter sich , es war wirklich sauber und der Ausblick unglaublich schön , aber das war’s auch . Es mangelte an Geschirr , wie z.B Wasser Gläser ,Kaffee Becher , Weingläser und ect. 3 Toiletten und eine davon nicht benutzbar !!!Aufgeplatzte Sofa Hocker , jeweils 1 kleines und ein großes Handtuch für 10 Tage , kein Handtuch zum Wechseln ... ;( wie gesagt der Ausblick ist wunderschön .....

Heaven !!
Breath-taking views This villa is for grown ups as the pool is not fenced off on the edge which would spoil the views. Villa was clean, tidy well equipped for a holiday away from home. The neighbourhood is a clean peaceful residential area. Very private not overlooked by neighbours, so nude sunbathing possible. The pool was just right for us to cool off. Car is a requirement as on top of a hill but hence the peacefulness and views. We got what we paid for, it was true to the pictures. Excellent service from the Moraira team who prearranged our request for refreshment upon our late evening arrival. Well done the owners for the upkeep and maintenance of it, nothing failed us. 10/10

Très belle vue
Superbe vue, belle maison, beau quartier. 2 points négatifs inadmissibles compte tenu du prix : 1 seule télécommande de clim pour toutes les pièces de la maison et un abonnement très bas en Kwh qui ne permet pas d'utiliser une clim et une plaque électrique par exemple... Gros problèmes d'alarme de protection qui se déclenche (sonore et visuelle). A ce prix-là ces défauts sont à corriger de toute urgence!! dommage!!!

Slecht bed, waardoor spit ontstaan na 2e dag en rest van de week matras op grond gelegen. WC's gaan al roesten, bank is smoezelig (stof en stuk). Afwerking en meubilair kan stukken beter, maar ligging is prachtig. Daardoor prijs wat aan de hoge kant.
