The fitted kitchen consists of quality kitchen furniture, dishwasher, 4-star fridge, microwave with grill and additional Crispfunktion (for pizza u. Casseroles), extractor, Touchtronic ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle u. v. m.
The shower room has high-quality design elements and a washing machine. Of course, a hair dryer is also available.
The hi-fi system also plays mp3 and CDs. In the basement there is a laundry room with coin dryer and laundromat.
