Great stay!
Second time in this neighborhood and first at this house! It was great! Love the neighborhood lots and the pool, which it's right by. Downside for us is crossing 30a to get to the beach. With little ones this feels really dangerous, even on the golf cart. We spent lots of time at the pool for this reason.

Boys of Summer
We had 7 boys with us - this place was so incredible. We had plenty of space, plenty of bathroom space, being across from the pool was so easy for these mama's. Beach access was fantastic - the golf cart made beach days super easy! The ice chest was a fan favorite for everyone. We will be back!

Boys of Summer
We had 7 boys with us ranging in ages from 6 to 14 - this place was so amazing! Pool access was right across the driveway and so easy, all the neighbors were so nice and it felt like the most amazing little community - safe for bike rides, walks, etc. Beach access was super simple and plenty of room, the golf cart making our transportation and beach loads easy. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Great Stay
Wonderful property very close to pool. We loved the quiet neighborhood, with central green space for the kids. The gold cart was a lifesaver! Beach was amazing. We did not realize that a beach setup came with the property until after we ordered our own separately. One more trashcan would be nice for a property this size. Great AC and comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great place!
Have stayed in 4 or 5 different places on 30a the last couple of years and this was by far the best. Quiet, private and adorable house with all the amenities. Property manager was very easy to work with and responsive when needed! We all loved it. Thank you!

Excellent home
Very beautiful vacation home. My standards on cleanliness are high, and this one passed for sure. The front porch was so relaxing in the mornings and evenings, it was definitely one of our favorite places to hang, along with the large dining room table. Literally right across the street from the pool, and the pool is fantastic. Gradual walk in, so it is perfect for little ones! The neighborhood in general is so quiet and minimal traffic. The only downfall is it is not as close to the beach as I had thought, however that does not take away from how much we loved the house, we would all definitely stay again! The upside is there is a 6 person golf cart and it is about a 2 minute drive, and you can still make the walk if you want.

Nicely appointed kitchen. Lovely furnishings and decor. The included golf cart made beach access very convenient. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation - we would definitely rent again!
