Relaxing getaway

This townhouse is terrific! It is welcoming and well-stocked with many of the incidentals you need and usually have to pack or purchase. The owners attentive and kept us apprised of scheduled city maintenance so we weren't surprised by a power outage. The location is in a new suburb, but still less than ten miutes from all the regular places. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed and more!

This property was super clean, super cute, super equipped and was an overall perfect place to stay. There were thoughtful touches throughout and it seems the host considered every need of every guest down to the last possible detail. I honestly can't think of a single thing that was missing or needed for our stay that wasn't right there at our fingertips. The only "meh" we experienced was the barking of dogs in the close neighboring yards, but that is not something that can be helped as bad dog owners are to blame, not the host. The human neighbors were never heard. The townhome complex is outside of the main part of town and is a little bit of a drive away from everything but that didn't bother us in the least. It is only maybe 5-8 minutes from downtown. The beds were heavenly comfortable, the bedding was great, the place was spacious, all the furniture was new and in terrific condition, the appliances were top-quality, the décor was very cute and everything smelled good and was super clean. We were very happy, very satisfied and are planning on booking again next year for the Shakespeare Festival.

We are empty nesters after raising four children over 30 years. Grandparents to 5 beautiful grandchildren so far. We love to travel, enjoy the great outdoors camping and boating every chance we get. We currently have two Shih Tzus who have our hearts wrapped around their paws

Why they chose this property

Our daughter lives in the townhome with roommates during the school year while attending SUU and we rent it out for short term stays over the summer. We want it to feel like a home away from home and hope you enjoy your stay

What makes this property unique

rural surroundings but quick and easy access to I15, shopping, SUU campus, Shakespearean Festival, and many of the National Parks. Small nearby neighborhood park.
