About this property

Nice cottage on the outskirts, 10 minutes to Salzburg

Our cottage is located next to our farm, surrounded by an orchard, surrounded by meadows. The house is new, cozy and stylish, and offers wonderful space for a family. (86 m²). Bathroom, entrance hall, open kitchen with sitting area, the living area with woodburning stove, and upstairs two bedrooms with balcony - here you feel at home. In front of the house is our fruit and herb garden.
Our guests are welcome to harvest themselves.

Urlaub auf dem Obsthof

Uns hat es auf dem Familienhof sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab viele Leckereien aus eigener Produktion im Hofladen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Salzburg ist schnell erreicht. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spazierengehen ein und ist auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wunderbar

Wir haben uns einen Traumurlaub erhofft und bekommen. Es ist sehr ruhig und Salzburg doch ganz nah, falls man möchte. Verschiedene Seen in der Umgebung, die gut erreichbar sind, oder lieber wandern, alles kein Problem. Zudem ist die Familie sehr freundlich, hat immer ein offenes Ohr und einen lecker bestückten Hofladen. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage!!!

ländlich und doch zentral

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für vielfältige Ausflüge in der Region Salzburg. Wir genossen das Landleben pur inmitten von Bauernhöfen inkl anhänglicher Katzen, frischer Milch und weiteres aus dem Hofladen, Melkmaschine des Nachbarn 😀, Ausspannen im Garten… Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit Bialetti- und Filterkaffeemaschine, Frottéwäsche, Küchentücher, Wäscheleine und Grundlebensmittel wie Mehl, Zucker, Öl, Kaffeepulver und Gewürze.
