About this property

River Run Condo w/ Mountain Views, Overlooks Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful views of the main ski run. It also overlooks the pool and hot tubs making it easy to see if other guests are using them.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and two additional chairs can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

WORST MANAGEMENT POSSIBLE
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked into our unit to find the shower completely inoperable. The guys were pulled out and we were looking at dirty towels stuffed into the holes. When I called management they said “we are aware of the situation and do not expect it to be fixed during your stay”. After staying 5 days of which we paid over $1900 they offered me $137 as “compensation for our inconvenience”!! We were without a shower our entire stay and they think $137 makes up for that!?!?!And btw they did have other units available they could have moved us to prior to checkin! But they allowed us to grossly overpay for this price of **** place.

Unit was as described - a few minor things we found annoying. The light above the table doesn't provide any light at all. We had to move the light from the corner over to be able to see. It would also be nice if there were more dish towels available esp if you are cooking. Otherwise it was a great location and as described.

Property was very clean and cozy. There is a heated pool and hot tub that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. The parking garage is great since it has an elevator that goes straight up into the units. This unit has a view of the pool and the mountains. There are also carts to bring your things into the unit. Would definitely stay again.

So close to everything
Over looked the pool and hot tub. Great view. Checkin process was a bit much, going to a different location for the key. Also got about 10 communications to read/review the check in process. Otherwise it was pretty easy to do. I would have been happy with the initial email and 1 more 24 hrs before my visit versus the numerous ones I got plus the texts. Place was nice, seemed like it had decent amenities.

The TV has streaming apps, Hulu and Disney Plus, however no local cable or satellite. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils, silverware, plates and bowls. Full fridge and freezer, stove, over, microwave and dishwasher. The heated spa and pool made recovery from hitting the slopes relaxing and refreshing. If I’m being picky about one thing, this unit needs new carpet in the bedrooms. For those who own a Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, or Escalade, your vehicle will fit in the garage but not with a Thule XL. We took ours off and put it in the Suburban to avoid paying for oversized parking at $25/night. I would definitely stay here again.
