Welcome to the largest two-bedroom condo at Seaside Villa! This retreat has a prime location within walking distance from the new Celebration Park and everything that Coligny has to offer. True to its name, this condo offers seaside living at its finest - located just steps from the ocean. Located on the second floor, this condo offers great ocean views from the private balcony, which has been furnished with four beach chairs and a convenient table. The air-conditioned interior offers tile floors throughout, along with plantation shutters in the living room, and a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs (something rare to find!). The living room is all about comfort with two chairs and an inviting sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and a four-person round table for family meals. There is a convenient coffee maker for the coffee lovers of the group. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Additional amenities include a community heated outdoor pool and gas grills.

We loved the beach toys that were provided and the close proximity to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out.

Vacasa lacks customer service

The Vacasa condo was very well located. The furniture was ridiculously overused with no repair. They only have us 1 garbage bag. They changed the gate code and never sent an update. Customer service seemed put it out that we had to call about it.

Lovely place!

Perfect location. Park the car and waling distance to everything, including the beach, etntrataiment, shopping. You just leave the car and go. Beautiful unit and all the amenities you will ever need

Close to the beach, pool, elevator and shuttle service. Somewhat close quarters for 4 adults but nice and quiet.

Location was perfect and very clean. We did have trouble with the lock on the door it did stay closed very well when we left unless closed very hard and was difficult to turn knob but overall very nice condo

Beautiful but the check in process is NOT

This place is ok. It was as described. Location was perfect. The king bed was so hard, we were glad to leave. The check in process was terrible. You have to give personal info to a 3rd party to gain property access. They then require you to go to a lock box, where your info is in with many others info to pick up instruction and a parking pass that could have been left at the property. It was dark and unnecessary. amatress topper would help

Great beach stay for 2 couples

We have stayed previously in the villas in 1 bedrooms but this time we went with my parents, so we needed a 2 bedroom. This was just the place. Had 2 nice bedrooms for 2 couples which is hard to find because a lot of them have twin beds for kids in the other room. One queen and one king was perfect! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and was set up nicely. It was me, my husband, our two year old son, and my mother-in-law, and we never felt cramped or that we didn’t have enough room for all the “toddler essentials.” We’ll definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Pro: Comfy beds, ice maker in the freezer, not all living room furniture was cloth, balcony feels private, items for the beach were provided, located on the second floor & right next to elevator, games/books provided. Con: Bedrooms were very tight and no assigned parking.

Amazing Stay!

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. It was so comfortable and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. We Literally cannot wait to come back here. The Set up is fantastic and also really great options within walking distance for coffee, ice cream and meals / shopping . The pool and beach were perfect. 10/10!!!

This rental had an amazing tiki umbrella, sand toys and chairs that really set off our beach days. It was perfect. The only negative I have is that because our spring break was early, we were hoping the pool would be heated and there would be a hot tub. That’s the only negative I have compared to other places we stayed in on Coligny. The place was beautiful and clean.

Condo was nice, however, pillows should have a water proof pillow cover and then cover with a pillow case. I stripped the beds before I left to see the pillow had yellow stains, old saliva. Personally I would by all new pillows for the condo. Very inexpensive at home goods. You can by hotel brand as well as zippered protective pillow covers. The mattress cover needs to be washed on The king bed, looks like it was never washed, you can see yellow discoloration on each side of the bed. The second bedroom, queen bed mattress cover had blood stains, again I stripped the bed before I left and discovered that. Also the queen mattress cover was put on wrong. Very unsanitary when it comes to bed linens. Otherwise the condo was clean and great.( I would get rid of the nasty green foam pad on the king bed. Again unsanitary.please inform the owner, these items are inexpensive and make a huge impact.

Great beach access!

This location is great & has convenient access to the beach and short walking distance to bars, restaurants & shopping. My first time to HHI and this area is not too congested and has wonderful beach walking/biking in either direction. This unit is nicely appointed and designed to maximize space. It needs some TLC and deep cleaning. Rugs, walls & fixtures are very dirty, and the screen on the porch is broken. It's not so bad that it disrupts the trip but needs to be done in order to want to rent this unit specifically again. Overall, great location and would definitely stay in this area again.

Loved this place - Perfect Size for us!

I have always loved Sea Side Villas. In fact, my parents owned a unit for over 20 years but sold it as they shed. We have wished many times that we had bought it from them. This unit is a lot bigger than theirs and worked really well for myself to vacation with my son and his family. Everything was perfect! Only one complaint - the pantry door came off the hinges and was an aggravation during our stay. I reported it the day we got there but no one came out to repair it. We tried to fix it but is just popped off again. However, this will not deter us from coming back and renting this unit again! Thanks!

Vacasa disappointing experience

The condo is very small. It does have a very nice view. If you are OK with very small spaces it will work out for you. However, all of the bedding is very old and low quality. I recommend bringing your own sheets and bedding. Some of the bedding had stains that looked like blood. The iron was broken, it leaked when we tried to use it. The dryer needed several cycles to dry a load of clothes. Overall, I would not recommend this condo or Vacasa due to being provided wrong codes for door and for the pool. We were stuck outside late into evening while waiting for the local office to help. The local office was rude and unkind. Good luck if you book with Vacasa, be sure to double check the codes for all the accesses before you arrve and have a back-up plan if you have to wait 2-3 hours after check-in time to get in like we did.
