Enjoy your vacation in our lovingly furnished apartment in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse in the beautiful Palatinate.

It is not for nothing that the area to the left and right of the wine route is called the "Tuscany of Germany". Here you can expect a Mediterranean climate, good wine and nice, open-minded people.

Active vacationers will find ideal conditions here. Whether hiking, Nordic walking or cycling - the region around Neustadt is characterized by a well-developed network of trails in beautiful nature.

Climbers enjoy the well-secured routes in the nearby Gimmeldinger quarry.

Hiking and cycling tickets and the topo for the quarry are of course available for you in the apartment.

Apartment Eulenhof

The "Eulenhof" offers you enough space on 46sqm for holidays alone or in pairs.

It is located in a very quiet side street in the Haardt district of Neustadt, which is also known as the “Balcony of the Palatinate”. It's easy to see why this is so if you take a look at the spectacular distant view from Dr.-Welsch terrace was allowed, which extends over the entire Rhine plain, in good weather to the Odenwald.

Despite the unusually quiet location right on the edge of the forest, you can easily reach Neustadt city center on foot in less than 10 minutes via the Haardter Stepped Path. And if the way back is too exhausting for you if the altitude difference to be overcome is just as easy to come back by bus.

The apartment was newly renovated in June 2018 and tastefully decorated with new laminate flooring and modern furniture.

For a healthy indoor climate, the walls in the living room and dining room were provided with clay plaster and all the walls in the apartment are painted with clay paint.

When it comes to the equipment, we have placed great emphasis on an appealing feel-good atmosphere, so that you can enjoy your holiday in the Eulenhof in a relaxed manner.
