It would be my pleasure to welcome you into a home that I renovated and designed. Home renovations and designing is my passion and this Palm Desert space has been my home since 2018. I am proud to say that the home was featured in Modernism Week for its lovely design features. I love to cook, swim and travel. I am a foodie and enjoy wine and star gazing. I have hosted my ADU property in the past and it brought e so much joy that I recently decided to open up my main home to larger family groups. It is absolutely a beautiful pace to enjoy.

South Palm Desert is the most desirable area of Palm Desert. This private home is its on a quiet cul de sac, minutes away from Big Horn and El Paseo. The backyard and pool area has total privacy and serenity. It is safe and most people have lived here for 20 years or more. The community is friendly, with plenty of parks, and areas to hike, play golf, tennis and pickleball. El Paseo Street is known for shopping, decadents and fine dining, palm Desert has its to offer, in this resort lifestyle community.

This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is exactly what the photos display. Spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen has all high end appliances and a view of the Eisenhower mountains that will take your breath away. The bedrooms are comfortable and has areas for work space. The outdoor areas are designed to entertain and enjoy. Brand we BBQ area and rave firepit and overlooks the pool and golf putting area. Star gazing is a favorite pastime while enjoying a special bottle of wine. This hoe is truly something special.
