The bright living room is furnished with a sofa bed (mattress 160 x 200), TV and an electric fireplace and a separate dining area. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, small dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and Nespresso machine. From the kitchen is the small balcony towards the sea. Here you have a fantastic view of the traffic-calmed Bismarckstraße down to the promenade and the Baltic Sea. You can also enjoy the beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. The bedroom offers a box spring bed with separate mattresses (continuous topper 180 x 200) and ample wardrobe space. The entire living area is designed with real wood flooring. In addition, guests have access to a shower room with washbasin / WC, a storage room and a parking space on the enclosed property.
