Beautiful home with everything you need

Everything went perfect during our stay. Lauren was super responsive to our messages and even had the house warmed up prior to our stay! The house is in a great location, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would stay again if we ever go back to Jacksonville!

Comfortable stay at DaVinci Bungalow

I spent a few days here recently and found the bungalow to be quite spacious and comfortable. Lauren was great with communication and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable, and the front porch was a cozy place for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Only 2 negatives (this the lack of 5-stars) - I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and was surprised by the lack of coffee/tea basics. And even though the back yard wasn’t listed as an “amenity”, I was put off by how junky it was. Bottom line - this is a nice place to stay with a very helpful host.

Visiting JAX for Granddaughter's Graduation

This property was perfect for our needs. It is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood near NAS JAX. You can trust the pictures - the rooms and amenities are exactly as represented. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals but could benefit by the addition of serving bowls, a pitcher and BBQ utensils. We appreciated that the hosts respected our space and asked permission to access the property while were visiting.

Great spot

The property was the perfect "home base" for our event in the area. Lauren was very responsive to questions and a great host. We will definitely re-book for our next event in the area.

Just Around the Corner

This adorable bungalow was perfect for our new in-laws to stay for a weekend of wedding parties being held at Timuquana CC and the surrounding neighborhood. Everyone was comfortable and the hosts were great with information and accommodation. We will definitely book this again when we have an overflow of guests and we have also mentioned it to other friends that live in the area and they are excited to have this as an option for their friends and family when they come to town. Perfect for our young family!

This sweet home was the perfect space for our young family. My mother in law joined my husband and I and our two kids under 3, and the home was comfortable for all 5 of us and had everything we needed. It was obviously recently renovated and felt comfortable and home-y. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Jax!
