Why they chose this property
This new home is in the heart of Nashville and in the center of the Music. Sits right off of Music Row and you and your friends get to enjoy this modernized home surrounded by five other brand new homes! The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and security cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior. After looking and if interested, inquire on how to "get the FEES down" and/or "get a FREE fourth night"
What makes this property unique
GUEST WHO HAVE A PARTY OF 10 OR MORE AND BOOK FOR THREE NIGHTS THAT INCLUDE A WEEKEND GET A FOURTH NIGHT free if you'd like or the possibility of early check-in and/or late check out. Normal bookings are 3 p.m. check-in and noon checkout but are subject to availability. Inquire with me about any questions related to this booking and/or avoiding any fees!
