Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. This historical building is along Ocean Blvd in Downtown Long Beach with lots of close amenities. Walking distance from the Pike Outlets Mall, Long Beach Convention Center, The Aquarium, Queen Mary, Cruises Ports, The Marina, the beach, parks, and train station!
The space
The unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with an open floor plan dining, living and kitchen areas. The classic-style historical touch of the place adds to its charm. The Living Room has a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. The Bedroom is cozy with huge closets. The bathroom has a full bath with extra surprise of a powder corner area & extra storage. The Bathroom may be accessed from the hallway and bedroom. Heating is through the electric fire place and if you like the room colder, a portable air conditioning is available. The building is older and to expect out dated windows with sensitive plumbing. Washer and Dryer are available on the Roof Top, 12th floor of the building. A Solarium and Library is also available on the top floor. NO PETS allowed in the unit. NO SMOKING in the unit, roof top and anywhere in the building.

1 Parking Space: 1 Parking space is available for an additional monthly fee. It is located in the next door building, accessed behind the building. Let us know if you're interested and we can coordinate in advance. Other parking spaces by the Pike Outlets are also available and Street Parking with a fee.
Guests may enter the building 2 ways: Through the front building lobby and back building access. Back building doors MUST always be used in moving in/out big things, bikes etc. and NOT through the lobby.
Elevator: There are 2 elevators in the building : one newer and the other, an older style-classic one.
Walking distance: The building is walking distance to downtown office buildings, parks, train station, Pike Outlets, The Aquarium, Long Beach Convention Center, Queen Mary, Cruises Ports, The Marina, the beach and lots of restaurants and bars.
