This 3 bedroom, 2 bath dog friendly charmer is perfect for a family or small group of friends. It rests right on the banks on Lake Chelan so you can enjoy lake access right outside your doorstep. With a shared dock (left side only) and a buoy, you are welcome to bring your boat or jet ski. You can marvel at the views from the lake facing hot tub or while barbequing just feet from the water line. Head indoors to your open kitchen and dining area, just perfect for family meal, then settle in for a movie night on the living room TV projector. Keep cozy during the cold season with the indoor wood fireplace. If you're looking for a humble and comfortable home for your vacation, this is the home for you!

Beautiful view of Lake Chelan

Check in and check out was extremely easy! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking a cup of coffee, the views were spectacular! The city of Chelan is only a 7-8 minute drive and there are tons of wineries on the main road. The only drawback was the hot tub. The cover of the hot tub is falling apart (dry rotted) and needs to be replaced.

Getaway

Relaxing location, very quiet and peaceful in the shoulder season. Would be a great spot for summer travel. House is small, and parking is tight. I understand their requirement for no more than 2 vehicles allowed. The 4 person limit is odd for a 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 twins and 2 queen beds. Having the hot tub in the colder season was fantastic. Fun stay

Great Family Vacation Spot

My whole family enjoyed our stay! We all loved the access to the lake and dock as well as the outdoor hot tub. This place is perfect for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

it was awesome, the weather was perfect, the water was perfect, the place was awesome. great place to hang out on the lake, close to wine tasting, easy check in and out, will definitely look at future bookings.

Unbeatable Lake View

My husband and I stayed here for a quick fall getaway. We were thrilled with the location and particularly the hot tub right at the lake’s edge. The house is a little dated and minimally outfitted but spotlessly clean. Kudos also for a great selection of vacation reading. We weren’t looking for luxury - we were looking for the hot tub and the view and we definitely got that.

Ideal winter location to stay

The house, on the water, has an incredible view and is steps away from the water. The house is spacious, well maintained, quiet and has a hot tub that was nice to use each night while looking at the stars and drinking wine.

Lake side getaway

Definitely needs upgrading. The beds are very uncomfortable. We left one night early, building needs to be sprayed off lots of cobwebs, We sprayed it off to see if it would help with all the bugs

Nice relaxing house

The house was older and had quirky decor. Smelled a little musty and old inside. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight. Nice dock. Weird living room tv/projector situation we couldn’t figure out. Perfect for a dog, we brought ours and she loved it. Kitchen was well stocked. A little bit of a drive to town but lots of wineries close by. The hot tub at night was so relaxing.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Absolutely perfect location! We enjoyed our stay and were so happy we were able to bring our little dog as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Everything we needed was supplied so we were able to cook our meals. Loved the hot tub and my husband loved the projector tv he stayed up watching movies every night. Nice to be able to walk a few feet and jump in for a swim. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great family property

Overall this property has everything you might want for a lakefront property. Very clean but not fussy. Very nice fenced in grassy yard on the waterfront side next to the covered patio. The only thing that is missing is a Keurig pod coffee maker instead of the regular, old fashioned coffee pot. We would rent this property again.

Chelan lake trip

Only a couple items - would recommend instruction on how to use the stove and hot tub. Also the projection tv is needing to be replaced. Would also recommend buying beach towels from Costco they are not expensive and would help guest that are coming from out of state ..

a week to relax

The house sat right on the lake, with a dock, the water was so clear, we had ducks out side with our wine. s visit us every day. Sat out side in morning with our coffee, late afternoon we sat outside with our wine. We had beautiful weather, mid 70's. Went to all the parks, walked the down town area. Walking paths were great, very nice , near the lake. I love winery's, they have a lot to choose from. Our favorite was "Tsillan Cellars" Shopping was fabulous. Nice week to relax.

Wonderful place

We've come to this house a couple of times now, and will do so again this summer. One is so close to the water that it feels like a part of the house. The kitchen is well stocked (spices, oil, and coffee provided, but no scissors nor pinchers for open bags I'm afraid). The outdoor furniture can do with an update, but it doesn't really matter. The hot tub works perfectly and in the winter (our recent stay) our kids swam in the icy waters and sat in the tub for hours on end. Fabulous place.

Winter Winetasting Weekend

We came in town for the winterfest and found "serenity" and sleep with this quiet VRBO rental. It was a real treat to be able and bring the pups along. Slept great on the master bed downstairs, very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the night- clean and soothingl warm/hot temp. Amazon Firestick projection TV allowed for some easyentertainment. We didn't cook but the kitchen is organized well, with sparkling clean fridge for your store bought goods. Great view of the lake - it would be awesome for a summer retreat.

End of Summer Get Away

The good: Location, location, location - this property is well situated right on the lake yet still close to town. The yard was lovely, the hot tub was clean and well maintained, there was a new patio set that was comfy and a great spot to sit and enjoy the morning coffee. The house had a great flow and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property management company was great - they responded quickly and addressed any concern immediately. The bad: The house is stuck in the nineties and had a ton of deferred maintenance. The kitchen had a broken window, the downstairs toilet ran until you jiggled the handle a couple of times, the fruit flies and bugs were pretty bad inside the house. There was only one garbage bag provided for our whole stay. The projector TV was only viewable after dark - it was impossible to see the screen during the day when the room was too bright. Overall: This was a pleasant place where we would bring our dog - while the house needed some updates the location and view were spectacular.

Great quiet location

Great location, near wineries. Bedding and linens were great, but agree with previous posting in Aug 2022, spiderwebs all over the outside of the house and coating the windows. Stove is induction and really nice, dishwasher seems new as well. Outdoor furniture was shredded and didn’t want to chance the hot tub. Also, super weird but couldn’t find a pair of scissors anywhere. Came with the elderly parents so having a bedroom and bath on the main was key, even though there was a flight of stairs down.

Great Location

We loved the location right on the water. There were several disappointing aspects of the property considering the cost to stay. The hot tub was really dirty and not cleaned until the 6th day of our stay. I would have expected it to be clean prior to the stay. The BBQ was dirty and broke or ran out of gas on the second use, we tried to change the gas but the second container was so old we could not turn it in even with a wrench. It was upsetting we were only able to use it twice. We normally BBQ all week. The patio furniture was old, broken and shredding. No lounge chairs for reading or laying out in the sun. The showers were extremely slippery and the water backed up in the tubs. The dishwasher smelled and had standing water. Finally the yard has a super bad gopher problem, that got progressively worse throughout the week, although my little dog thought they were her friends. I mentioned these items when I received a call that they were coming to clean the hot tub at the end of our week. On the brighter side we still enjoyed our stay being with our family, the bedding was really clean, nice dock and great view. If the items were addressed we would consider renting again at the same price.
