3 bedroom condo just minutes from Downtown Lewes and Rehoboth!

Welcome to the Penthouse in Summerlyn! Just minutes from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.

This unit has over 1,900 sq. ft of living space, open concept with large kitchen to entertain, plenty of counter space and an island with bar stools. There are 2 large sunrooms on the rear overlooking the pond. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a soaking tub in the master bedroom and a full shower. This home can sleep 6 people plus a pull out be tossed on the living room floor for the younger ones. There is plenty of parking out front of the condo. Community pool is just around the corner. 4 night minimum

Master Bedroom - King bed with TV and private bath. Master bath offers a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub. You also have access to the Sunroom.
Guest Room 1 - 2 Twin beds with TV
Guest Room 2 - 1 Double bed with TV. Access to shared hall bath.

Great place to stay!

This condo was such a great place to stay. It was a big and we had more than enough room for our family. It was nice and clean, and had everything we could need while on vacation. The pool was fun and never busy. The location can't be beat. Short drive to the beach and close to so many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!

Great location/cute condo

Check in & out was simple. Cute condo and spacious rooms. My oldest loved the beach paintings. Having access to the pool was nice. It was quiet. No loud neighbors. Many beaches were very close by. Prepare for traffic. My husband did notice nail clippings on the dining room table when we sat down to eat; they probably were missed last cleaning. Other than that everything was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience. Easy to book and communication was good.

Spacious, Clean, Excellent Location

This property was perfect for us. We were attending a baseball tournament nearby. It is only a short drive to the beach and the baseball complex. We enjoyed all the extra space and comforts of home. Our unit was beautifully maintained and the beachy decor was super cute. We would definitely recommend this for families.

Updated and clean!

We picked this property for the location and we were very pleased! It was a beautiful, clean, updated comfortable place to relax on a our family getaway! We all loved the whirlpool tub for relaxing after a day on the go at the boardwalk or beach. Thank you! It was truly a great place to stay!
