This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is located in downtown Dewey Beach! Park your car and walk everywhere. Just a short walk to the Ocean and everything Dewey has to offer.
This condo has been updated throughout and offers an open floorplan with gorgeous views of the Bay. Unit has YouTube TV, no cable. Master bedroom offers a King bed and full bath. The 2 guest rooms offer 1 Queen bed and access to the hall bath. Enjoy views of the bay from the glass porch. Porch offers a ductless air unit for heating and cooling. There are 2 assigned parking spaces out front of the condo building. If you need more parking, you will need to purchase a Dewey town permit. NEW KITCHEN BEING INSTALLED. PICTURES TO COME.
