Relaxing 3BR 2.5BA Modern Home w/Garage
This home is 5 min from Addison, where there's always something fun to do! It is in a very safe location so you can relax in a peaceful home and enjoy nearby attractions when you need!
Note: Price represents room-based booking, not the entire house at the moment. Contact me for March even if the calendar shows occupied. There can be available rooms.
This two-story home comes with a master bedroom with a King bed and a table/chair for work or study. Master bedroom has its private bathroom with hot tub.
Other two guest rooms have one Queen bed each and a chest to store your belongings. Two guest rooms share one bathroom on the upper floor but there is an additional half-bathroom in the first floor as well. All rooms are in the upper floor.
There is also a cozy backyard to enjoy coffee breaks. Washer and dryer is located in the garage.
Currently, we are doing room-based booking, not the entire house. So the bookings are per room.
You can park up to two cars for free. If you are not driving, ride shares would be a good option to easily reach nearby attractions.
