Quiet Retreat in Pawleys Island - 3 miles from the beach!

Fully stocked, 3rd floor condo ready to provide you with relaxation to rest after your beach and golf adventures:

KITCHEN: fully stocked with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and new wood laminate flooring. Bi-fold doors open to pantry.

DINING: 4 bar stools for island, plus dining table seats 6.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms, no master suite (owner's personal space)
Bedroom #1: queen mattress, comfortable mattress, closet with hangers, laundry basket and luggage rack. No TV. Good lighting. Dresser with mirror.
Bedroom #2: two twin beds, comfortable mattress, nightlight, closet with handers, laundry basket and luggage rack. No TV. Good lighting. Dresser with mirror.

LIVING ROOM: Brand new 50" Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more! Couch with pullout bed plus two accent chairs and coffee table. Entertainment unit houses games and cards.

BATHROOM: Full tub and shower and full size washer/dryer for personal use.

BALCONY: Screened in balcony (no bugs!) is private with a woodsy view. Furniture available plus small table.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY: All bed linens are washed after each renter - including comforters and blankets. All surfaces are cleaned after each renter. Cleaning fee goes directly to cleaner, and laundry fee ensures large blankets and comforters are washed regularly. Message for information on laundry detergent/cleaning products if there are allergies!

EXTRAS: Pool towels, boogie board, football, beach umbrella, hair dryer, steamer, iron

AMENITIES: 2 pools - one outside condo, larger pool at rec center 1 mile away, hot tubs, tennis courts, 3 miles to the beach. Pool dates: April 1-October 1. Free beach parking access.

Summer Getaway
The Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had the pool to ourselves most days and the ocean and restaurants are only minutes away from the unit. We would definitely recommend this condo and would book again if we return to the area.

Perfect Stay in Pawleys
Great place to stay and Shana was a great host! This condo was clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location made it easy to explore Pawleys, Georgetown and all that Myrtle had to offer. Hope to stay again when we travel south from Maryland again!

The townhouse shows two rooms but the master isn’t one of them . They lock the master so you only have access to spare rooms in back of townhouse . You will only get one towel set so you have to do laundry everyday or bring your own. There are no placemats so bring your own. The home was clean and equipped otherwise .

Amazing!
The condo was amazing! Beautiful and very clean less than 8 minutes from the beach. My family loved it and did not want to leave. The kiddos kept asking if this was our new home lol. Shana and Tyler are great host and the welcome basket they left for us was very sweet. I would be looking to book with them every trip to Pawleys.
