Casa Lea Istriana is located in the small rural village of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj inland. Stylishly furnished holiday home on 2 floors was completely rebuilt in 2018. It offers you comfortable rooms that are modernly furnished, but contain many rustic details. The outdoor area extends with the hillside and view of the green valley and forest. The house is fenced and closed with a garden gate. You can enjoy your well-deserved vacation and privacy carefree in your own pool and garden. Your vehicles can be parked next to it, which also belongs to the rental company. Adjacent stone house is uninhabited. The nearest beaches are located in towns around 12 km away. You can also visit the popular cities of Fazana, Rovinj, Pula and the Brijuni National Park, where countless sights from Roman times are waiting for you and where you are also well catered for. Shops in the next village 1 km away, large supermarket in Vodnjan approx. 5 km away.
Tourist tax, towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer erreichbar und absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus ist groß und sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Pool und Garten waren v.a. für die Kinder ein Highlight - es gibt auch Schaukeln und ein paar Spielsachen. Manchmal hört der Nachbar am Nachmittag laut 80er Hits, aber ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden Haus und Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll. Es war alles da was man braucht. Sehr schön empfand ich das genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck vorhanden war. Es war alles sehr gut gepflegt. Die Komunikation mit den Vermitter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Der Pool war sehr groß und warm. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Entspannter und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt
Familie Martic ist freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich willkommen und keineswegs abgefertigt. Unserer Gruppe gehörte auch ein Kleinkind an. Mit dem Pool muss man natürlich aufpassen, aber trotzdem gut geeignet für Kinder. Das Grundstück ist übersichtlich und komplett eingezäunt. Hochstuhl, Spielzeug, Schaukel - alles top. Ein Bestellbett wäre auch da gewesen, brauchten wir aber nicht. Die Steckdosen sind mit einer Sicherung ausgestattet, perfekt für neugierige Kinderhände. Einziger Punkt, der stören könnte, wenn man empfindlich ist: nachts hört man einige Tiere. Manche sind sehr unnachgiebig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooie schone woning met een heerlijk zwembad en bij aankomst als verassing stond er een jacuzzi. 1 klein minpuntje , weinig handdoeken en geen verschoning van beddengoed .

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Ferienhaus auf dem Land
Wir haben im Juni zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber! Unsere Gastgeben Dario und Vlasta Martic sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und von der Terasse hat man einem herrlichen Blick in das grüne Hinterland von Butkovici. Trotzdem sind alle touristischen Orte mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeben uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen + 20 Monate alten Kind
Wir waren zu viert mit einem Kleinkind in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles war sehr sauber und modern, mit liebe zum Detail, eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bereits der Kontakt im voraus ohne Problem, stornieren wäre bis zum Schluss auf Grund von Corona möglich gewesen. Antworten auf Fragen haben wir immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit erhalten. Super Service ! Einziger Kritikpunkt sind leider die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, vor allem nachts war es teilweise sehr viel und lautes Gebell. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Urlaub.

Absolut zufrieden
Wir waren Pfingsten 2021 mit zwei Familien dort. Vlasta und Dario haben uns wegen Corona mehrfach die Stornofrist verlängert, glücklicherweise mussten wir dies nicht in Anspruch nehmen und konnten dann doch fahren. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und alles geboten was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Wir konnten deutlich früher als geplant einchecken und was Fragen jeglicher Art anging, haben Vlasta und Dario jederzeit super schnell geantwortet. Meist nur wenige Minuten!!! Vielen Dank für alles, wir können euch nur empfehlen.

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir waren mit drei Familien mit 2 Kleinkindern dort. Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war genial-alle fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auch sehr gut für kleine Kinder geeignet-vor allem der Pool mit dem Plateau im Treppenbereich. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht den leichten Hang hinunter in die Natur. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Hunde die man nachts bellen hört-hat uns allerdings nicht gestört da wir das Landleben gewohnt sind;) Ein kleiner Mini Supermarkt ist mit dem Rad in 5 min zu erreichen-mit dem Auto sind die größeren 10-20 min entfernt. Insgesamt (trotz Corona ;) ein sehr sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub in einem super Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Vielen Dank!!! Wir werden wieder kommen:)

Toller Urlaub im Casa Lea Istriani
Was soll man sagen, besser geht’s eigentlich nicht. Durch Corona war unsere Reise bis zum Schluss unsicher. Die Vermieter waren mehr als entgegenkommend, auch ein kurzfristiges stornieren oder umbuchen wäre problemlos machbar gewesen. Wir konnten dann aber doch fahren und waren von dem Haus total begeistert😃😃! Es entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Wir bekamen super Tipps zum Essen vom Vermieter, die Kommunikation perfekt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub👍😃. Lieber Dario, nochmals vielen Dank für euer Entgegenkommen! Man kann euch nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen 🤩🤩!

Calme et tranquillité au cœur de l’Isrtrie.
Accueil parfait de Dario le propriétaire Maison et piscine impeccable très bien équipé avec une excellente literie. Maison parfaitement situé pour visiter l’Istrie. Excellent moment passé en famille. Le climat était parfait pour cette fin de mois d’octobre. Un bon début pour visiter la Croatie. À refaire

Ein Traum!!!
Was soll ich sagen? Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub! Alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sauber, gepflegt, wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Strände sind nicht weit weg, ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Tja wir waren immer im All Inklusive Urlaub, das war unser erster Versuch für etwas neues! Und wir haben uns verliebt! 😍 Wir kommen wieder! 😍😍

Das Haus ist super toll und der Pool ist perfekt
Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienhäusern gewohnt, aber dieses Haus hat wirklich eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen sind super bequem und komfortabel. Auch die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind sehr gut. Wir haben alle 7 super gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für 2 tolle Wochen bei Ihnen.

Alles wunderbar...Rundum Sorglos
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die zwei wundervollen entspannten Wochen in Ihrem schönen Haus. Der Pool mit dem Unterwasserplateau ist auch eine tolle Sache gewesen. Wir haben uns rundum Wohl und gut aufgehoben/versorgt gefühlt. Tausend Dank und bis möglicherweise bald wieder.

Einfach schön
Wir waren mit 6 Personen für eine Woche in Kroatien und haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden und wir können sagen, richtige Entscheidung. Das Haus liegt in einem schnuckeligen kleinen Ort, ist wirklich schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und vor allem ist es sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und sind sehr freundlich. Sie standen uns bei jeder Frage zur Seite. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Beide Daumen hoch für dieses Haus.

Beautiful country house
Dario was a fabulous host who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The house was built by Dario himself and he has thought of every convenience. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is set in a peaceful village but within easy drive (20mins) of Pula, Fazana, Rovinj. The aqua park is within 45 mins and the fabulous island of Brijuni is accessible by a 10 min ferry ride from Fazana, which is a must to visit. The pool is beautifully kept and a fabulous place to relax on hot days, although the house is wonderfully cool with air conditioning upstairs and down. Our only feedback was the size of the fridge, however, Dario is already planning a beer fridge!! Thank you for a brilliant time and we look forward to visiting you again in the future.
