Although somewhat dated, the apartment was in a perfect location in a nice building.

Air conditioner was an ill-working portable unit in the living room, with only a fan in the bedroom. This apartment is directly over the pool and hot tub and faces SW, so it was very warm. We had to open the windows overnight and it was extremely noisy with sirens and garbage trucks; we did not sleep well during our entire stay. Also, the windows have no screens. The entry and exit is a convoluted system where we had to park on the street, go to the door to meet the greeter and get the keys, use the fob to enter the parkade, go back to the lobby to meet the greeter, go up to the apartment with the greeter, and then go back to the parkade to unload. Exiting was also a hassle because you have to load your vehicle and use the parkade fob to get your vehicle out, but then go back upstairs to the unit to put the fobs back and then lock the doir and shive the key under the door. Don't ask me how you would manage it if you are travelling on tour own. Would not stay here again despite it being a good location and the building offering nice amenities.

This apartment is in a secure building in a very nice area of Vancouver. The check in process was easy and the apartment was clean. The only negative was that the apartment definitely needed some updates and repairs.
