★ It's an affordable hotel room (200 sqft) with 1BR/1BA.
★ It includes all the little details you need for your vacation stay (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils).
★ Newly renovated
★ Indoor heated parking.
★10 mins walk to downtown Canmore
★ A block away: Coffee shops, bars, and restaurants
★ The gym has whole new equipment.
★ A baby travel crib can be provided per request on first come first get basis.

I am a Superhost with 1000+ trips. 99.99% of the guests are great ones. This list of rules is to weed out the bad ones. As long as you treat the place like your own and there are no complaints from the neighbors, I am a very laid-back host!!
★ Please be aware that parties and events are not allowed within the condo complex.
★ Early Checkin and Late Checkout – A fee of $20/hour will be charged depending on the availability. Check with the host.
★ A baby travel crib can be provided per request.
***On-Trip Rules***
1) Shoes – Always take shoes off at the door.
2) Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when you are not present in the room
3) If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc, please let us know ASAP
4) You use it, clean it-dishes, cups etc.-Otherwise extra cleaning charge will be applied.
5) Any extra cleaning effort will be charged back to the guest or deducted from your security deposit.
6) Any significant damage will result in the loss of your security deposit
7) Sporting equipment can only be stored in the garage or your own car. This includes but is not exclusive to bikes, skis, snowboards, climbing equipment, etc
8) Noise – Quiet Time is 10 PM-7 AM.
Noise Fines are the following: 1st violation - WARNING, 2nd violation - $250 Fine, or removal from premises with no refund if law enforcement involved.
9) No unregistered guests, such as guests are more than the numbers of registered.
10) No smoking, No Cigarette Butts, No drugs of any kind, and legal cannabis within the unit/building/garage/decks.
Fines are as follows: Smoking/Drug in the areas above - $250, Improper disposal of butts: $150
11) Illegal Activity/Intentional Damage – The reservation will be canceled with NO WARNING and NO COMPENSATION if the guest OR anyone in the guest’s party is seen or is reasonably assumed to be conducting any kind of illegal activity OR intentional damage inside the unit or around the building premises. If the host has a reasonable suspicion that illegal activity or intentional damage has occurred, he or an agent can enter the premises to investigate without the guest’s consent given written notice at least 5 minutes before entering through the Airbnb messaging app.

Host Cancellation for Breaking of Rules
• Breaking Rules 8, 9, and 10 - During the trip if guest breaks Rule 8 (Noise), Rule 9 (unregistered guests), or Rule 10 (Smoking condo bylaw) the guest will receive one written warning rule violation notice through the plateform app. A second rule violation (which does not have to be the same rule) will have the booking canceled without any compensation to the guest.
• Breaking Rule 11 - If Rule 11 (Illegal Activity/Intentional Damage) is broken by the guest/guest party the trip will be canceled immediately without any kind of compensation to the guest.

Very good location. Great for travel on a budget. Close to the town center. 10 mins driving to Banff National Park. There are coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, a spa, wine shop etc. If that's not enough, Canmore's main street is only a 10-minute walk away.
