This spacious 1 bedroom studio condo is walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the beautiful Medano Bay and Cabo's world class marina. The high ceilings and large windows bring in a lot of natural light into this ground floor condo!
The colourful kitchen faces an open-concept to the main dining and living room area, has a coffee bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the dining table is situated next to wall to wall sliding doors that open up to a cute garden and patio space in the back.
The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and large sliding doors that you can close for privacy or leave open to enjoy a more open concept. The ensuite shower and bathroom connect directly to the bedroom but also have a second access point in the hallway for your guests!
The living room area is equipped with smart tv technology and high speed internet where you can watch your favourite streaming service from the large modular couch that can also be moved into a small bed for your guests!
