L'appartement est joli et très propre avec une terrasse vue sur mer, mais la chambre principal sentait le tabac froid. Les voisins du dessus ont fait une fête, bruyants et alcoolisés nous ne pouvions dormir après une journée de voyage et avons dû monter leur demander d'arrêter ce qui est inconfortable comme situation. L'environnement est laid et bétonné (Bénidorm est le symbole du tourisme de masse des années 70). La communication avec le gérant pas terrible, aucune précision avant notre départ de France, il ne trouvait pas de réservation à notre nom et ne connaissait pas Abritel et n'a fait aucun effort pour chercher (ni sympathique ni professionnel) nous avons dû appeler Abritel pour qu'il le contacte etc...Il fallait savoir qu'Abritel faisait partie du groupe Expédia...C'était à nous clients de le savoir ! Passez votre chemin si vous pouvez éviter cette location

Language problem

No aircon promised in 15mins over 4 weeks after using small radiator they moved up 2 floors. It was warm at least although smell of sewage bit off putting. It was not mentioned that no swimming pool work men everyday on the property. It was like a building site constant noise, couldn't cook oven on would trip electricity. 2 televisions both in Russian or Spanish sorted a you tube which ment we could watch old Frost or old wexford. This was nowhere near what was advertised. The pity is I'm sure when all the work is completed it will be very nice, no joy for us as this was our years holiday. My limited Spanish was not helped by their strong Russian accent.

Apartamento muy limpio.

El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Un apartamento muy nuevo y limpio, con todo lo necesario para estar durante unas vacaciones. La ubicación, además, es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de supermercados y sitios de restauración. La experiencia en general ha sido muy positiva y la recomendaría sin duda.

Wonderful apartment…. About 40 minute walk into the Center of Benidorm along the prom….walking distance to local bars and restaurants in the immediate area . Really enjoyed our stay… thank you!
