NEW LISTING, Come relax with your family and friends in this large lake house surrounded by mature trees in a private cove just off the main channel. Walk around on stone and brick pathways while enjoying the surroundings as you escape to relaxation when visiting. Take a seat at the one of a kind fire pit and enjoy family and friends as you see how magnificent the setting is. This property allows you to connect with nature and maybe even have a sighting of our famous albino squirrels. Walk over to the tiki hut to grab a fishing pole or beverage, then off to the boat dock for a sunset. This boat dock is a very popular fishing spot known by local fishermen as the pelican dock. Here you can sit back and see main channel views of Lake Norman, but make sure to get ready for the sunset. The landscape is unbelievable with several varieties of azaleas, Japanese maples and rhododendrons. The house has room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time at the Blue Pelican. You have your own small private beach with steps into the lake making it easy to paddle board or swimming. The home has views of the lake in every room.
