Your island getaway begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style cottage that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair for a lazy nap or delve into your guilty reading pleasure. Toss some burgers on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

SLEEPING AND KITCHEN ARRANGEMENTS...
Step into this charming studio with island-inspired decor and updated sleeping accommodations. The bedroom offers a newly-remodeled king bed with plush bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HD TV. The kitchenette includes a quartz countertop and wet bar sink, microwave, refrigerator, and keurig station. Wash the day off in your private en suite bathroom with enclosed glass and marble tiled shower, quartz sink counter and large bathroom mirror. Slip outside to your private deck to view our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

Lovely Hidden Gem

Loved the convenience of being so close to town yet secluded! Glorious pool with beautiful landscaping. Pool could have been a little warmer and needed to be cleaned after wind / rain, but other than that, great.

(Rent a bicycle from Eaton Bikes as they will deliver them inside the locked gate and then pick them up) The common area was peaceful and an extension of the rental. It was truly a great pick. The bed m, however, was way too firm. A topper would have put everything to rights, but was not available. Because you are limited to 72 on the air conditioner, we took the comforter off, doubled it and put in along the center of the bed to use as a softener. Not perfect, but a tad better. If we stayed here again, we would have a topper predefined just for the comfort. I usually seek bed comfort in the reviews, but took a chance. All in all, it was still an enjoyable time.

Great little room.

Our room was perfect for the short stay.Finding a parking spot was a little challenging but once we found a spot and got settled we ventured out to explore the area.We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The property was clean, beautiful, and well kept — and a short walk to all of the action of Duval Street and Key West. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was updated and felt luxurious. I wish I was able to use the pool more, but really enjoyed taking a peaceful dip at night while looking up at the moon. I hope to return!

Room was nice, had everything we needed. Pool heater was down for the first day and a half of the stay. No biggie. We had a guest knock on our door on the second night as we were talking at a normal level and watching TV around 10:30pm asking us to keep the noise down, cause the walls "are paper thin." Sort of a buzz kill having to worry about normal noise levels bothering other guests. There are gates all over the place too. Not a huge deal, but sort of annoying having to open 3 gates to get to the room. Our room had an emergency light right above the bed, It had a green light that would glow at night, didnt keep us up, but some people may find it annoying. Overall a nice stay, and we'd probably stay again, but just be aware of our previous experiences.

Great Stay

We had a great stay!! The room was the perfect size had a kitchenette in. It was very clean. Property was very clean and had a pool. Only complaint would be our cottage had an adjoining cottage that had a door that separated us with a lock, which was fine, but the walls were very thin. Literally, you can hear the other guest conversation at a regular tone voice.

Everything was neat and clean. The location was walkable to all main attractions: Duval Street, Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Hemingway's House, and Mallory Square. The pool was serene after walking around all day. We didn't need anything during our stay, but all communication leading to our stay was seamless.

Wonderful accommodations

This was such a beautiful property for our first time to key west. We came during fantasy fest and the location is perfect. Just far enough from duvall for peace and privacy but close enough that we weren't far from all of the fun. The pool was great and all of the little lizards were so cute!! We would definitely stay here again. seeing

Great Getaway Spot

We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to go back. The pool was perfect; partially shaded and just the right temperature, and the waterfall provided great ambiance. Having a semi-private porch was awesome, and the room itself was pristine and extremely comfortable. We will return here for certain, can't wait.

A Little Oasis in Key West

Sugar Palm Studio is one of six studios tucked away on quiet Catherine Street. The room was lovely, with a king-size bed, a small, fully stocked kitchenette area, and a huge, modern bathroom. We had a small private deck overlooking a gorgeous palm-tree-lined patio with a contemporary pool and waterfall. The staff was very responsive and kept the place beautiful. We'll be back.
