The Marquise on Blackcomb boasts stunning views of Rainbow and Sproat Mountains. Guests will enjoy being directly across the street from the slopes since it is located within walking distance to the brand-new gondola on Blackcomb (2018). THE LAYOUT
Located on the 4th level, this one-bedroom condominium unit features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area and includes an in-suite full bathroom. The condo has a KING bed in the master with a QUEEN pull-out sofa bed. This spacious home sleeps 4 people comfortably.
LIVING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs (oil, salt and pepper provided as well). Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace to bring true ambiance in any season. A TV with cable and Netflix (you must sign in into your own accounts) is available for your use. Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows.
LAUNDRY
Laundry is on the first floor of the building. Payment is done through an APP. No coins are required! Instructions on how to download the APP are located in the online guidebook we send out to guests

The parking garage height is 6 ft 2 inches
No Parking in front of the building.
FREE street parking on Spearhead Dr. for the months of April - November.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Balcony Construction
Balcony construction has started on Sept 4, and Construction dates are estimates and may be adjusted based on unforeseen conditions due to weather conditions and additional remediation needs. Estimated time of completion is tentative and awaiting updates from Strata. Expect possible visual impediments, noise, dust, and potential shutdowns of the pool or hot tub.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $100.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON-SMOKING including on the patio.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
