Semi Ocean front home with lots of Ocean views. Ocean views from living room, 2 front bedrooms and deck. Updates thru out home. New carpet, new bedding for all beds and a clean duvet cover each rental, new towels and dishes. New Large deck for entertaining and grilling. Outside shower, fire pit and lots of parking up to 6 cars. 4 Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and beach wagon provided. Basket ball hoop and beach toys provided. No pets. No visiting pets.
Check in 3:00 and Check out by 9:30. Please bring your own beach towels.

Loved this property! Has everything you need for a perfect restful time away! Living areas are beautiful. 2 full baths make it easy for folks to get ready. Will be back in the area and hope to rent this property again in the future.

Lucked out!

After a couple year hiatus, we made a relatively last minute decision to rent a house in Sandbridge. Our dates were Wed to Wed and perfect property was available! So lucky! The layout of the rooms with open kitchen and living space is the best for beach weeks. Loved the porch with both covered and uncovered deck spaces and high chairs. Wished we could have stayed for the entire week. Would definitely choose this property again.
