This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in the sunbelt area of the Monterey Peninsula. It is centrally located near all of the world renowned tourist destinations the area has to offer, including the Laguna Seca Raceway, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley wineries and Pebble Beach. Big Sur is just 45 minutes south along the beautiful Highway 1 coastline.

My wife and I are natives of Monterey and have an extensive family history in the area dating back to the 1930's. We enjoy spending time with family and friends and adventuring out on the road in our RV.
Why they chose this property
We have lived in this home for the past 27 years and have raised our kids here. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The home is close to everything the Peninsula offers. Please check out our welcome book for our recommendations on local restaurants and activities you might enjoy.
