This unit is the perfect blend of industrial/vintage, featuring large windows, exposed piping & concrete floors- you won't want to leave! An inviting & homey atmosphere located in the heart of downtown Waco within walking distance to Waco's most popular shops, eateries & museums.

From this convenient location, take the "sidewalk to the silos" and visit Magnolia, only 3 blocks away. If you are visiting Waco to show your Baylor Bear spirit, you are only 1 1/2 miles away when you stay here. A very comfortable queen size Hide & Seek bed was just added in the living area with queen size mattress.

If ease of access is high on your list, then this is the place for you! Free parking on the premises and just a few blocks from the Magnolia Silos, this charming condo hits all the marks.

For our working guest, we provide a HP OfficeJet Pro 8030E printer. A QR code is attached to the printer to download the HP app. We also provide a limited amount of paper.

This luxury loft condo is located in the Behrens Building in downtown Waco. Built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company, this fireproof concrete building survived the devastation of the 1953 Waco tornado & are now offered as luxury condos. Truly unique in preserving all the industrial charm & characteristics of the past, flawlessly blending old factory details with modern amenities & design concepts. It is a stay unlike any other!

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The condo has one of the best locations in The Behrens Lofts. Just a few steps away from one of Waco's favorite coffee stops, Fable Bookshop & Cafe.

The living room has a Smart TV' with basic cable & streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

Fantastic Accommodation

Wonderful suite. Located in the heart of downtown Waco. Walking distance to the Silos, Dr Pepper Museum, shops and restaurants. Parking was wonderful. My daughter and I came for the Magnolia experience and this spot was perfection. I would stay here again.

Silo adventure

We love our time at Sidewalk to the Silo’s. It truly was so nice not to have to try to find a park near the silos. The loft was beautiful! Thank you!

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Waco

This unit was so comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's located in a busy area of Waco basically next door to Fabled Bookstore which made it feel safe for a single female staying on her own. Dedicated parking space was really nice as well. Super comfortable bed! Property manager was very responsive when I had a minor issue with the TV remote (it was more user error than anything else but it is a bit finicky). Overall check-in, check-out and communication was great from the time of booking until I left. There is some traffic/pedestrian noise outside since it's on the (elevated) first floor but it never bothered me. Looks like they provided a noise machine in the bedroom for this purpose. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Waco.

Great ambiance

In Waco for 3 days. Loved the loft. It was just as pictured. Very clean, smelled good, and the robes in the bathroom were a nice touch. Ambiance in the loft was nice and was relaxing to come back to after a busy day out. Host was quick to respond with any questions too!! Would stay again!

Wonderful Waco Stay

The condo was perfectly located within easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We parked our car in the assigned spot (loved this!) the day we arrived and didn't use it again until the morning we left. The condo itself was clean, lovely, and comfortable. We talked about renting it again when we come back to visit Waco.

Tailgater loft

The sidewalk to the silos was the perfect fit for us! The loft was the perfect layout, location, and comfort. We found the access so easy and private. Love the bookstore/coffee shop next door. It was only a couple blocks from the tailgater bus to the BU game on Saturday so it made it super easy to get to and from the game! We will definitely be back for a return stay soon!

First experience with VRBO

We had a small issue with building access, but this was quickly resolved by Jessica at D&L. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. Parking was close by. We specifically came to Waco to visit the Silos, so this location was ideal. We plan to book through VRBO again.

Wonderful stay in Waco

The property was as depicted as in the photos and very clean. As a constructive criticism, the stools at the kitchen bar were too short to be useful as a dining area. Having said that, we really enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo.

Great location to everything Magnolia!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Great location to the silos. So close we walked to the silos and dinner. The condo is VERY clean and the decor is so cute! I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this place is very well stocked! It had everything we needed . The extra touches included snacks, coffee, creamer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and even enough toilet paper! Trust me I have stayed in a few rentals that did not give you enough of the basic essentials. This place has it all and then some. I highly recommend the Sidewalk to the Silos! God Bless, Texas !
