The apartment includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, two cots and a high chair are provided for families with young children. The bathroom is well-appointed with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Parking is available behind the building, and there is a secure room for storing bicycles and skis.

Just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Winterberg, you'll have easy access to a variety of local attractions. The Skikarussell Winterberg, renowned for its excellent skiing opportunities, is only a few minutes away on foot. Additionally, the Erlebnispark, offering fun and excitement for all ages, and the Bikepark, perfect for cycling enthusiasts, are also within a short walking distance. This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
