Three bedroom corner unit is on the third floor with sunrise to sunset views. Our corner is the only area in the complex that provides full (to the east and west) beach views and views of both outdoor pools. It is right on the beach...just walk down the steps or take the elevator to access the secured boardwalk to the sand.
This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit condo features all new flooring, furniture, new sliding doors, new window treatments, and gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Keyless entry. The condo is light & bright. The white sand beach is unmissable from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The unit is located on the corner so there are views, both east and west down the coastline. The unit is accessible via stairs or an elevator. There is a small capacity clothes washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is also well equipped for children including a pack-in-play, games, and a portable feeding chair.
The condo is part of Seaside Beach and Racquet club (building #3), which offers two outdoor, unheated pools, one indoor, heated pool, a small fitness center, and tennis/pickleball courts. Guests are welcome to borrow pickleball, tennis, and shuffle board supplies at the guard shack for free. There is gated access to the beach. There are also grills available for community use.
To access the beach, simply take the elevator or stairs down three levels and walk down a wooden ramp or stairs onto the sand. You an reach the beach without navigating any steps.
The parking lot is private and two cars are allowed for each condo ($50 per car parking pass required & each pass covers one car for the duration of the stay). The parking fee is a condo association fee, not a fee from this condo unit. 24 hour security is provided for the condo and the parking area. Seaside is an older condo complex, but has an amazing location and the amenities are well maintained. Pets are not allowed by the condo association (unless you are a deeded owner) and they are very strict about this rule.
During peak months, there is a 7 day minimum rental (this is a condo association rule). Outside of June, July, and holidays, rental dates are more flexible. Also, we love long term rentals--message us to discuss discounted rates.
Renters under 25 years of age are not allowed. There must be someone over 25 years old on site, at the property (not just reserved by someone over 25 years old). Those who do not adhere to this guideline will be evicted, without a refund.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included in the rental, but are available for rent on the beach.
High speed wireless internet is included in all rentals.
Contact the owner for discounts for long term rentals (2 weeks or more).
Kids love being across the street from Adventure Island (miniature golf, arcade, laser tag, go carts). Publix and Walmart are less than a mile away. The Alabama State Park and all their amazing board walked trails (for walking or biking) are less than a five minute drive way.
