FLOOR PLAN
⭐ With four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this coastal home was created to provide the ultimate retreat for all vacationers. Upon entering the front door, you are greeted with a tasteful color palette with hardwood accents, 12' ceilings, an elevator, the large laundry room, and two bedrooms with king beds. One of the junior suites provides a private bathroom and access to the outside veranda where additional parking is found. The second bedroom on this floor has a shared lockout bathroom from the hallway or bedroom access.
SECOND FLOOR
⭐ The second-level living area is flooded with natural light boasting soaring coffered ceilings, a half bath, a large TV, a dining table, and a wet bar. The chef's kitchen encompasses ample cabinet space, an oversized eat-at counter, a gorgeous backsplash, and a professional appliance suite. Let your vacation begin as you make your daily plans while gathering around the outdoor dining table or just relax and take in the ocean sounds here on the covered porch featuring an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, TV, and a wine beverage cooler.
THIRD FLOOR
⭐ Use the elevator or stairs to the third floor where you will find the formal and intimate primary suite. With vaulted ceilings and beautiful accent doors, the main suite provides a true retreat. The accompanying en-suite encompasses a 6' custom jetted spa, marble tile selections, and a spacious walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom features a set of hand-crafted bunk beds with full beds on both top and bottom, a built-in arcade system, and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third-level balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or sunbathe.
ROOFTOP TERRACE
⭐ By the access of the spiral staircase, plan to end each day on the rooftop terrace and embrace the idyllic Gulf views and famed Emerald Coast sunsets.
OUTDOOR AREA
⭐ Feeling the need for more relaxation, step outside where you can be surrounded by lush vegetation, and a large hot tub surrounded by a privacy fence. Plenty of parking is provided for 3 - 4 vehicles, 2 in front and 2 in back. If larger vehicles, parking is limitied to 1 in the back driveway. Palmeira Villas at Seagrove Beach is a boutique gated community residing only 500 feet away from the nearby beach access. Please note that in an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there are Surveillance Doorbell Cameras on the outside perimeter of both the Front and Back Doors.
⭐ Updated One Seagrove Place public beach access renovaton will begin in November 2024. Construction will last 90-12 days and this access will be closed durin that time. Alternative beach access is located at Beachwood Villas to the east and Bramble Grove to the west with bathrooms.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using a keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring it from home.
WI-FI
⭐ Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Parking is provided for 3-4 vehicles, 2 in front and 2 in back - if compact cars. If a larger vehicle parking space in the back is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. Please look for the Forever Vacation Rentals sign by the driveway to the rear of the house. No parking passes are required.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the laundry room. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option!
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there are Surveillance Doorbell Cameras on the outside perimeter of both the Front and Back Doors.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
