The bright interior features a polished, modern design with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The full, island kitchen has everything needed for home cooking with a breakfast bar and eat-in dining table with seating for four, each. Lounge in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows or head out to the private balcony with a crisp beverage to soak in sunset ocean vistas.

Onsite access includes Laketown Wharf's five resort-style pools: a seasonal pool with a hot tub, an island pool on the lake, a lagoon pool, a zero-edge family pool, and a play pool with beach views for the kids. When you're ready to head to the white sand beach, it's just a short walk away. Here in the heart of Panama City Beach, you'll have plenty of restaurants at your fingertips and countless family-friendly attractions to choose from.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great experience overall
I'll be honest, after reading reviews, I began to become apprehensive. However, those thoughts were quickly diminished. The property overall was really great; I feared the elevators would be a nightmare however, they were very quick and efficient during our stay. We were there in an off season which may have played a part but nonetheless, no bad experience. The property does have signs of being dated but nothing that is a deal breaker. I would say the most wear and tear we noticed was the framing around doorways which needed a facelift. Our condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. Some signs of wear to be expected however, some of the furnishings could have been updated; the couch seems to be very old along with the pillows. Comfy and spacious either way. Loved the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Primary bed and bath were huge; loved the large soaking tub and walk in shower. Kitchen was great and had all the utensils we needed despite toiletries. Walmart was also across the street which made any additional needs on a short distance away. We slept well in comfy beds and the air conditioning was fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely come back and enjoy ourselves again. We didn't explore any of the on property restaurants but enjoyed the variety of amenities overall. The pool was large and well kept however, it was very cold and I expected it to be heated. There was a hot tub but often it was full of people likely due to the cold temps of the pool. Parking was a breeze and always plenty available. Again, this was an off season so not sure how big of a factor that plays into it. We interacted very little with staff but those we did interact with, we had a good experience. The code to our condo was wrong in the email provided but we were promptly provided with a new one when contacting our point of contact. Overall, I would definitely return to this property and recommend to others. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo with lots of room and a gorgeous view. We love Laketown Wharf and have stayed in multiple condos there…this has been our favorite! Thank you!

ROACHES
We checked in on Friday 1/5 and thought the place looked nice. On 1/6 we woke up and there were multiple roaches in the kitchen and the rooms. We had to throw away multiple food items due to the roaches being in them. I messaged the host and advised them of the roaches and someone came to the room with raid and foggers. Not sure why they thought we would be able to set off the foggers while still staying there since you have to evacuate to do them. We saw more roaches on Saturday evening I messaged the host again letting them know that we have seen multiple roaches and i would like to get a refund. it is now 1/11 and still haven’t received a call back or a refund.

Not so fast
Renters should be informed that resort parking / wristbands are required and will incur an additional $70 charge. Resort security can be a bit brash (especially towards teens). There's also an insanely long wait for elevators (+20 mins) at times. We noticed a few moldy spots in shower and mattress cover was stained. Otherwise, the location is great and centered around everything. Unit is on top floor, so no worries about noise from upstairs residents.

Needs a good cleaning
The condo itself was spacious, but in need of a good deep clean. Walls were extremely dirty, and sheets stained. Kids were afraid to sleep on the sheets they were so stained, so they slept on top the covers and bought small blankets at Walmart. The a/c was amazing. Bathtubs and sinks slow to drain. Elevators were a nightmare, but that is not at fault of the condo owner. We were generally happy.

Condo was super dirty, don’t let the Vrbo pictures fool you. Every wall is covered in handprints, appliances were dirty, cobwebs in all the windows, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in months. A/C unit stopped working for 24-30hrs. Took 5 calls to the help desk before repair person showed up.

Fantastic View
We loved 2111 the view was great, condo was very nice, Wi-Fi worked very well, everything you needed to have a great time. Although no fault of the condo owner, the elevators at lake town warf are terrible, waited an hour on Sunday morning for an elevator, the office did not have any carts, staff was Luke warm, although Communication with Vacasa was great.
