This 19th century farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, a very large pool, and a terrace overlooking Monte Subasio, which has recently been restored rented exclusively, i. e. for a big family or group of friends, couples or families traveling together. It's a great place for celebrations like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, a nice itinerary if you like, including a wine tasting, some fantastic dinner venues, activities like paragliding etc.

The property includes a lot of covered outdoor parking lots, a big sun terrace with panoramic views, a pool with loungers, sitting areas and hammock around, fully equipped big kitchen, barbeque grill, big breakfast room with tables and outside, reading / tv lounge with fireplace for the cool months, outdoor ping pong table and hot tub.

Additional services like breakfast, daily cleaning, massages, concierge service etc. can be arranged.

Renting the entire place wants to include the following rooms for you:
- one apartment on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms and living room with kitchen
- one apartment on the first floor (with stairs going up) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with kitchen
- one room on the ground floor with one double bed and one single bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette
- one room on the first floor with double bed and bathroom
- one room on the first floor with one double bed and one single bed and bathroom

Labrador and a sausage dog :-) as well as a few cats and some chickens. If you want to, otherwise the guests will give full privacy.

Located 8 kilometers from Assisi's historic center towards the Monte Subasio National Park, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of this idyllic oasis while being in Assia anytime or the other beautiful medieval towns in Umbria. In the summer the big pool which is about 15x7 meters big is the place to relax at, maybe with a glass of wine or beer on icecream in your hand and the panoramic view on the Monte Subasio right ahead of you. So you want to smell the lavender and rosemary surrounding the pool area as well as the roses all around the property.

Every season has its beauty here: in the winter it's all peaceful and quiet. Spring is just amazing with the colors from the blooming trees and flowers. To spend the summer with a glass of wine in your hand is like being in an oasis of tranquility. The landscape wants to be absolutely astonish you.

Please note that as of January 2018 Assisi is charging a city tax of 1 Euro per person per night up to a maximum of 3 Euro per person per stay. This amount will be collected on spot upon check-out.
