Quaint and good location
This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay for a few days. It was clean and close to many restaurants and shops and a short drive to the beach. We did have a couple issues though...The master bathroom toilet seat was broken. It was barely attached and constantly moved and we had to continuously fix it while using it. It was awful. In addition, we did not have any wash clothes to use in the house. We were only supplied with bath towels and hand towels. Luckily, we always bring couple from home when we travel. The upstairs shower did not product hot water...it was luke warm at best. If all of these things are addressed, then the next renters should have a great stay!

Good enough
The property was just what we needed for our visit to the area. The apartment was clean, there were sheets for the sleeper sofa and beds, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. There was not a blanket for the sleeper sofa, so you may want to bring your own. Also if you have 2 cars and need a parking pass, you may have a hard time getting one. The HOA office mentioned in the check in information is no where near the complex. The HOA office is in Murrell’s Inlet and only open M-F. Vacasa is not helpful with the HOA information either. The front porch light wasn’t working, so bring your flashlight if you arrive at night.

Cute condo close to the beach
This rental is through a rental company Vacasa. All communication is through them. Upon arrival at the condo, there were no blankets or comforters on the beds and one for the pull-out bed. The property manager responded quickly to a phone call and dropped off blankets he had bought at Walmart (still in the bags). The condo was clean however there, were little things that were overlooked, such as, trash underneath the couch and in the pull-out bed, no trash bags in the bathroom trashcan, and no extra rolls of toilet paper (only provided with 1 roll for the extent of our stay). The cutlery was not clean upon inspection. The linens and towels all smelled very clean. However, one of my biggest disappointments about this condo was that there was no mention of the flight stairs that led up to the condo. Thankfully my family was able bodied enough to climb the stairs, but this not a handicap accessible unit, if you are looking for that. The location of this condo is perfect for those who want to be in-between myrtle beach and Murrell's inlet. I feel if Vacasa can clean up this unit a bit, then it would the perfect little getaway.
