The Little Things Matter

Enclave 404 Spring 2024
Nice condo, nice location, close to the beach, reasonably priced but limited parking. There was some areas that the sheetrock had been repaired but not repainted. The living room/ den was small for 8 adults and 3 children. Overall a nice place to stay. The on site staff we interacted with were professional, helpful, and friendly. Our family would certainly stay here again.

What a view

Didnt love much about this condo, except the location. Several things broken, not the balcony furniture pictured, broken shower door, several lights broken or without bulbs It looked like it was under construction. Should not have been rented in this shape.

Never coming back!
The water never got hot in the master bath. It was a very small water heater for a 3 bathroom place as well. Amenities were broken. The outdoor pool was under construction along with the tennis court and there was no warning when booking. The beach access for the condo was also closed due to the pool, so we had to walk out to the road, and then back down another beach access with no warning. I feel as though we were jipped out of money since everything was broken and not on the beach like it said we would be. I want a refund!

MISLEADING
Our family recently rented this property based off of the beautiful pictures provided by Vacasa. Upon arrival, all of the front balcony patio furniture was broken and unusable and our family was not able to enjoy the balcony to its full extent. The sliding glass door would not open and close without extensive force being used. The microwave handle was completely gone and the refrigerator shelves were missing/broken. There was mold under the ceiling vent. Hot water was out from around 4-7 daily. Booking this rental is a complete scam! The information on the website was very misleading and did not disclose all of these issues. After trying to contact the company about these issues Upon arrival, we could not even get a call back and none of these issues were resolved. For this price point, issues should be resolved prior to check in and/or once they are brought to the owners attention. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Good, missing a few basics
We really enjoyed the layout, space, and proximity to the beach. The house is missing a few basics: a broom, a working vacuum (in place of a broom), and the microwave door handle is broken as well as a shelf in the fridge. This doesn’t take away from the place itself.

Great location - shame about the door out to the balcony.
It's a great location - access to the beach, restaurants, stores. The space is comfortable and functional - not fancy. The sliding glass door out to the balcony (which had a fantastic view and is the best feature) was so difficult to get open that people were less likely to go out there. The management company was very responsive but never sent anyone locally to fix it. In the course of trying to get the door open once, the curtain was pulled down, and that remained on the ground the remainder of the trip. If the door had worked as it should, we would have no complaints.

There is no office for check in. Condo was dirty and smelly upon arrival. My husband and I had to wash the bed linens upon arrival, not only were they dirty they were also one size too small. 80% of furniture on balcony was rusted and/or torn. There were roaches in the condo. There was a patch in the ceiling above the toilet that ended up falling. Water would leak on you when using the toilet. Dirty pots/pans in the cabinets. We had to purchase a broom and dust pan to clean floors. Looks like mold on the ceilings. The condo was probably cleaner when we left than when we got there.

Family Beach Stay
We were very disappointed to discover that the outdoor pool was closed for renovations and we weren’t notified. Also the construction had the beach access from the condo location closed and again no notification sent to us. Another vacationer had to tell us where to go to another walkway to beach for another resort next door out at the road and the code to use for the gate. But VACASA didn’t notify us of any of this! We were traveling with our grandchildren and they were certainly The condo was fine and as described just had a few issues- vacuum was missing prong on the plug so you had to use a broom for the whole place. Master bath shower door handle only attached at top, and sliding door in living room very hard and very loud to slide open. No information left in the condo telling anything like where to take trash, good restaurants, etc-just not like all the otherVRBO places we have stayed in the past.
