Beautiful BEACHBLOCK with 5 bedrooms and a POOL!

This beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bath BEACHBLOCK home with a private pool is the perfect spot for your vacation! Located in the peaceful north end of Avalon with pristine beaches, this home offers 3 levels of living space. On the first floor you will find a large family room, equipped with a stocked library, wet bar, and TV with a private covered patio at the front of the house. Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms: one ensuite with a California King bed, and an additional Queen bedroom, a hall bath, family room with queen sleeper sofa, and laundry room. The second floor presents two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a California King Bed, and an ensuite. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and a hallway bathroom along with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the third floor you will find one California King ensuite bedroom and a small second bedroom with twin bed (no closet - this is the unofficial 6th bedroom). At the top of the stairs is a landing with desk and printer.

Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

Fun in the sun

Our family of 10 including grandparents, kids and grandchildren had a fantastic time in the Is very comfortable and well equipped house. Plenty of space to spread out and to be together and very easy access to the beach which was very big and not crowded at all. Pool area offered a lot of shade.
