Upside Down style Avalon home is only one half block to beach. First floor has a large family room for kids "get away" location at the shore, plus two bedrooms with twin beds in each room, full bath and laundry closet. The 2nd floor features hardwood floors, nice size living room with cathedral ceilings and sliders leading to large wrap around deck, open dining area and kitchen bar. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, plus an additional bedroom with twin bed and a full Hallway bath. This home offers a 3rd floor observation deck and is within walking distance to town and playground.
