Also includes sun deck (with awning), large bedroom with King size bed & bath on 2nd fl. The 1st floor features family room, 2 bedroom (2 single beds each), 1 hall bath and a laundry closet. Assigned off street parking for 2 cars.
Small pets under 25lbs permitted - non shedding only. $150 pet fee AND $150 pet security required. Tenant must sign both pet addendums
