**This home is listed for sale. Although we will try to schedule all showings between guests, we may require access during your stay. Any showing interruptions will be given a 24 hour notice.

Monet on the Bay II. Bring the Camera, we have the backdrop! This Fabulous Duplex Home sits in a quiet community nestled on Mobile Bay, 18 miles away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, and 11 miles from The Tanger Outlet Mall. The Backside of the home faces the west so you can watch the sunset every day across the water from one of the many porches, swings, the pier, the yard, or out of the many West facing windows from inside the home. The homes lot is HUGE giving you a feel of seclusion! Kayaks are provided for you to enjoy the waters. The community Boat launch is just down the road, then park the boat pier side (there is NO boat lift at this property).

Monet On The Bay I is equipped with an elevator to access each floor. On the Main Level is the kitchen, dining, half bath, and living areas that opens to the main deck where the shared hot tub is located and on the other side, a Large Screened-in Porch. The upper level contains 2 bedrooms, Guest Bedroom #1 with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and the Primary Bedroom with an Adjustable Base King Size Bed, and access to another Large Screened-in Porch. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms with a shower. Also provided is a full-size washer and dryer. This home sleeps up to 5 persons. If you need more space, the entire Duplex can be rented- Monet On The Bay.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

**The end of the pier no longer has the lower part over the water due to recent storms. This part will not be repaired but the pier is fully functional. New pictures to come.**

** 3 Nights for Price of 2 Promo: Get a free night when you book a minimum of 2 nights for reservations during November 2024. Free night will be adjusted once booked. Promo Bookings must be made after October 30, 2024.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bay house was very nice. It should be noted that although this unit was private rental. It is attached to another unit that may be rented also. This does intrude on your privacy. The kitchen had a drawer that would not stay closed and was a bit of a knee knocker safety issue if you did not pay attention. The unit was clean, nice, and new. The extras of massage chair, power mattress bed and elevator were nice.

Excellent quiet secluded location, very clean and comfortable home, incredible Mobile Bay views, large yard, excellent access to the Bay, very nice pier and small beach access on site. Kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets on site were excellent, my family had a great vacation and we definitely hope to return in future. Perfect secluded location, but also close enough to drive to Gulf Shores/Orange beach, Alabama Battleship park, Fort Morgan.
