Pool with no water/vaCasa=poor communication
The building was condemned days before our checkin date. VaCasa could not confirm our unit would be accessible, now would they allow us to cancel our reservations without penalty. The pool had no water in it: need us say more? The unit has a great view, but is across the street from the beach. It is so noisy with cars and motorcycles.

Bad stay.
This Vacasa rental will be our last. Many things did not go well. At check in we moved a chair by the TV and it fell over with a broken leg. The carpet in the living room was dirty. Every lamp in the unit was unplugged--we had to go behind furniture and move nightstands to plug everything in. We went to get ice and the ice maker did not work. There was no coffee or filters when we arrived--you better pan to go to the store shortly after checking in if you like morning coffee. We only had one packet of laundry soap and one dishwasher soap, and one small bar of soap per bathroom for a six night stay. We have rented from many businesses and this is definitely the worst for giving you a few things to get your stay started. Finally, the night before leaving we had water running into our bathrom ceiling from above at 4 AM. We called Vacasa but no on showed up until 0915 AM. If we had not walked around the building and found other contact numbers to get someone to deal with the leak our entire unit could have been flooded by 0915 AM. We called and asked for a one night credit as we were up from 4 AM -7 Am before checking gout. The local manager said she would prorate the refund starting at 4 AM as most of the night it was fine!! A last insult was that they wanted to come into our unit at 0915 to start cutting into the ceiling to get to the leak source above--before we checked out at 10 AM. We are very disappointed about all of this and will not be using Vacasa again.

The apartment was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Whoever came up with the designs did an awesome job. There were dishes and other items in the apartment to start you off. The view was perfect even though we were across the street from the ocean. We didn't have to drive to Pier Park because it was walking distance. My family love the pool and hot tub. There is so much I would like to say , but hey you need to come check it out for yourselves!!! Love love the location . We will be back again.

Condo great but Vacasa management poor
Beautifully furnished condo with view of beach and area. Great pool area. Forewarning - no beach towels or chairs available so come prepared. Vacasa management group falls short with delivering parking pass information in timely manner. Also no pool bands were left for our visit. No issue but could have been if someone would have checked while we used the pool.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views!
The condo is beautiful and spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean and pier from the spacious balcony. We were really close to shopping, delicious resturants and a hop skip and a jump.from the ocean. Looking forward to going back soon!

The stay here in Tower 3 was great! Upon entry of unit, for the most part everything looked nice and clean. The floors could have been cleaned just a little better. Overall, I was happy about the appearance of everything. It's also beautifully furnished and decorated. Loved the pool! My only real complaint are the helicopter rides that are constantly taking off/landing that are beside the building. In my opinion, it can be somewhat annoying hearing that all day while you're enjoying the pool and the balcony.

Rough start.. Good finish
My rating was going to be a 3 but we ended up having a good time so I'll give it a 4. But our stay started off bad because I had been calling as we got down to PCB the day we were checking in, and I wanted to see about checking in early. Well, I kept getting told that I would have to check back after 12, and then it was check back after 2. Well, I went up to my room to see if there was anyone inside cleaning it and when I knocked on the door at 2:35, the family that had been staying there the past few nights, opened the door. She said she wasn't told by the owner (her cousin) that she had to be out by 10:00 AM but that they would get their stuff packed up in be out by 3:15. I called Vacasa and was told, "Sir, your check in time isn't until 4, we'll have the room cleaned for you by then." And I responded with, "There's no way you can possibly professionally clean that condo in 45 mins or even an hour." I called back in hopes of getting a different person on the phone, and luckily I got Samantha. She understood the situation and agreed that there was no way that we would get into the room by 4 PM. She got her manager involved and we received a refund for our cleaning deposit. We got into the room a little after 5, and Samantha called the next day and checked to make sure we weren't having any other issues. The room itself was nice, the pool is nice and not too crowded, and the store/cafe downstairs was really convenient.

love this place!
This condo was absolutely perfect for a few days at the beach. The only hiccup was that the pools and facilities require armbands. There were none in the condo. It took a couple phone calls over a couple days to get the armbands. But overall it was great. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with great view
Condo was very nice, smelled clean when we walked in, balcony is decorated cute, awesome view of ocean and the pool, nothing to really complain about. It does not have Kleenex or hand soap so be sure to bring that. Has everything else you could need! Fridge also has ice machine and water. Wristbands were not left for us in kitchen when we arrived. We had to ask for them and they were delivered to us very quickly.
