Property Layout:

1st Floor: Master (King, Sofa Sleeper, T/T Bunk) + Kitchen

2nd Floor: Main Kitchen, Living and Dining Spaces. Half Bath.

3rd Floor: Master (King and Sofa Sleeper). Guest Room (2 Queen Beds and T/T Bunk).

A one of a kind town home in the popular Blue Mountain Beach. This floor plan is unique to Sea Cliffs and is even unique to the 30A area. This 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths condo has ample windows throughout the condo. Enjoy the condos complexes shared green space.

The first floor has a king bed with a sofa sleeper as well as a full kitchen and trundle bed. There is private access off of the bedroom out to the patio. The second floor is where the main living and dining area, and large kitchen are located, as well as a half bath, patio w/ ocean views.. The third floor boasts another king primary suite with a sofa sleeper., full bath and a private balcony with ocean views! Also on the third floor, you will find a guest room w/ private bath, fit for a slumber party with two queen beds (not pictured ) and one set of bunk beds.

Not to mention all of the awesome things that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer...restaurants, a bakery, and health food store, bike rentals, just to name a few and all within walking distance. This truly is a GREAT FIND!

Great location!

We have already booked this condo for 2025! Great location with easy access to the private beach, restaurants and shopping! Bike rentals were just across the street as well! The entire family enjoyed it and we can’t wait to go back. The condo is very nice and meet all of our needs!!!

Great Location, Great Place, Great Time

Nice place for multiple families to stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and allows for privacy if needed. Even though it was spring break the neighboring units around us was very peaceful and quiet with great greenspace and easy access to a very private beach. Overall, this is a great place, and a great unit in a great location. The unit was very clean, and there is some minor TLC that it could use throughout, but this would not stop us from renting this unit again.

Beach Getaway

We loved this property! The place was exactly as pictured. Great communication. Very clean and close to beach. With two toddlers, we needed to be able to walk to and from beach easily. Location was fabulous! We can’t wait to return.

Beach Trip

The floor plan of the property was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are large and each has a private bath. Several restaurants and shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance. We liked that there is a large grassy area where the kids could play and that it’s easy access to the beach.

Fantastic place to stay

Laurie is a fantastic host and her property is the perfect beach vacation destination. My group of 8 people stayed in this house and had more than enough room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals and the house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The location is immaculate. The private beach is less than a two minute walk from the house and truly gorgeous. There is a bakery across the street and a cute ice cream place a little down the road that we visited almost daily. We also rented bikes from the shop across the street and biked to Seaside for a day. We loved this place so much we extended our trip an extra day! I highly recommend booking with Laurie!

Delightful Florida get-away.

Clean, well-equipped property, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice view of the golf, especially from the upper balcony. Many great restaurants in the area with a wide variety of cuisines. Close access to walking and biking trails. We enjoyed our time so much that we didn't want to leave. Owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Fall Break Fun

We had an amazing stay at BMB!! The townhome is in a great location to beach, bakery and other restaurants. Two families (8 total) stayed and had plenty of space for everyone to be together and have separate space as well. Laurie was super quick to respond and make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our week at the beach and the home was perfectly located for easy beach access and ocean views. The price was great and we felt like it was a steal for the location. We did have a storm come through and knock out the water to the place for a couple hours, which was strange. Overall, the home has a great amount of space which was nice for our family to spread out. There are updates that are needed but again for the price it was ok. We would love to come back!

Amazing

The property was located in a very nice area. I was not expecting it to be as beautiful as it was. Everything was very close and the people were really friendly. The part that I loved most was the view and the private beach access. Being that it was my birthday trip it definitely surpassed my expectations. Lourie was very accommodating and made sure that she stayed in contact with me. I will book again if I'm in the area

Worth it!

We booked this location when it was a new listing and there were zero reviews. It was a gamble but we drove over 14 hours from Illinois to Florida for our first family vacation and arrived at the property eager to check in and get out of the car. The housekeepers were still on site, so after speaking with the host Laurie, we decided to go get groceries while we waited. Laurie told us of many things to do in the area while the property was being cleaned. When we were able to check in, we did a walk through and everything seemed to be as advertised. Though some things may need a little updating like someone else said, we did not find anything to be misleading and felt that it was as advertised. Plus, the location was perfect for us and a short walk down a private path to the beach. We had to communicate with Laurie several times for minor things but she was always very quick to respond. We were given clear instructions for laundry/trash upon check-out as well. The only negatives for us was that the home itself was not very soundproof and the guests in the lower level could hear the guests on the other floors. Also, the railings on the deck/balcony are spaced a little too far apart. This was a safety concern for us as we had a 3yr old and a 1yr old who could fit through the slats very easily! Of course we never left them alone on the balcony or stairs, and remained vigilant. These negatives are not in reflection of the home itself but moreso how the buildings were constructed. Overall, I would recommend this location to my friends. For us it was worth the drive and we would stay here again!

The lodging needs updating. Some doors and fans weren’t working properly. The town is very expensiv

Didn’t know when trash was being picked up. When we arrived the bins were already overflowing. No instructions on checkout regarding trash, bedding, or towels.
