The convenient location to the train station, metro or taxi also enables you to reach the surrounding area just as easily as Cascais, Sintra, the Hieronymite Monastery, Torre de Belem, etc.

A Million Dollar View!

We loved our week in Lisbon at this beautiful flat. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We never tired of the view from the living room windows! Any time of night or day it was stunning! The location is great for exploring all of the neighborhoods of Lisbon, and the metro stop was about a five minute walk. The price you pay for that view are steep hills to climb on cobblestone streets, but that’s true of Lisbon in general. The owners communicated clearly and promptly, and their housekeeper is a jewel! Highly recommend this charming flat!

A room with a view!

This lovely Junior Suite has a stunning view of the city all the way to the river. For authentic living, climb the stairs to this quaint cobblestoned street close to the Rossio Square. Easy access to all forms of transportation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon!

A room with a view

This apartment has a view unlike any other place where I have stayed through the old part of the city to the river. The location provides a quick walk to the major bus routes, the train station, and a metro stop. Good grocery stores are nearby as well as restaurants. Overnight the area is quiet and good for sleeping.

Liebevoll renovierter Altbau im Herzen von Lisboa

Ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes Haus im Zentrum von Lissabon. Von 3 Etagen wohnten wir im Mittelgeschoß und hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Elevador de Santa Justa und der vom Erdbeben 1755 zerstörten Carmo Kirche bis hin zum Tejo. Um diesen tollen Ausblick zu haben, muss man natürlich erst mal ordentlich bergauf um das Haus zu erreichen. Nette preiswerte Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, ebenso frische Brötchen und Leckereien . Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Small, pleasant apartment in central Lisbon

Very nice, very clean, well maintained apartment in central Lisbon. Would need better to be more upfront about the size though. This apartment is between 25 and 28m2, and absolutely no bigger. Not anything like 52m2, as advertised by the owners (unless you include the communal stairs and corridor outside, and nobody ever does that!). If you're happy with that, fine, but if you're looking for a spacious 52m2 space, you'll be disappointed. Not a cheap apartment to rent, so it's disappointing to get such skimpy supplies of basic items like shower gel, toilet paper, etc. (no shampoo, no dishwasher tabs), one tea-towel for a 6 day stay... As in the photos, the apartment has a really nice view over the city.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist absolut realistisch. Super zentrale und ruhige Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Oase sehr genossen. Hervorragende Unterstützung der Vermieter - super einfache Kommunikation. Absolut zu empfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Stadt.

Unsere Insel in Lissabon

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in unserer Junior Suite und fühlen uns dort schon wie Zuhause . Wir schätzen die super Lage und schöne Aussicht . Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch sonst hat die Qualität in den Jahren nicht abgenommen . Alles sauber und perfekt.

Beautiful Home

The place was beautiful and homey! I had everything I needed right around the corner. The view was breathtaking! The hosts were also very communicative and always available if you needed them. Would highly recommend staying at this great apt!

Kleinod mitten in Lissbabon

Sehr schönes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Appartment für zwei Personen mitten im Zentrum von Lissabon. Der Rossio-Platz ist nur zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Und der Ausblick vom Appartment ist herrlich. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten ohne Probleme, sehr netter Kontakt mit Valeria. Insgesamt absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

My first review on VRBO.....here goes...the location was a plus as was the small kitchen area. The views were quite nice. On the down side the immediate neighborhood is run down and walking down the stairs on the north side of the property to Rossio Square was NOT pleasant. It smelled of urine and has a small homeless camp at it's base. Use the other set of stairs on the opposite side to avoid this.The closet was miniscule as was the bathroom. The shower leaks so the fix they had was a rolled up towel which doesn't work. The shower had an ample amount of both black and orange mold. The owner could not be bothered to leave a couple of starter coffee pods and knowing which ones to buy turned out more challenging than expected.We really could not unpack so we left things in our large suitcases stacked in the corner of the tiny bedroom. We were traveling for 3.5 weeks partly by ship so we did have 2 large suitcases. The person we were given as a contact and manager was incorrect, another woman was there filling in (why not notify us of the change?). As unlikely as it seemed two of the best restaurants in town are just down the street....a plus.

Bien situé

L'appartement est correct, et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé, très proche de la place Rossio, donc à proximité des restaurants et boutiques. L'accueil a été sympathique. Juste un petit bémol: il a fallu déposer une caution de 150 euros qui n'était pas mentionnée lors de la réservation, nous en avons été informés par mail, plus tard. Il est souhaitable d'avoir toutes les informations au moment de la réservation et non pas après.

Good location, too much construction.

Good location, close to many great local restaurants and all attractions. Vanessa was very helpful and pleasant. We traveled 24hrs to get to Lisbon and Unfortunately the owners did not tell us before hand that there was still construction going on in 2 buildings adjacent to the bedroom so forget about sleeping, this kicked up alot of dust as well. Would have been nice to have TV channels in other languages, but the view made the experience better.

Excellent location to City Center
