About this space
All the comforts of a modern home in the suburbs, all the charm of an old house in a well established neighborhood!! 3 traffic lights away from highway 805, mayor strip malls and less then 20 minutes away from downtown San Diego and Beaches!
The space
You can enjoy the back patio and fire up the grill, both charcoal and gas operated are available. You can also cook for your loved ones and friends in our custom designed kitchen and enjoy cold refreshments while your at it; or simply relax and watch a movie in the family room.
We now include NFL Sunday ticket for your viewing pleasure

We are very accommodating to vacation families and tourist groups! We will not allow local parties and loud behavior in general
The patio and spa area is off limits after 10pm weekdays and 10:30pm weekends
Jacuzzi can be set at any temp., swim spa max allowed temp. setting is 92. This helps us keep chemically balanced and also helps us save water/energy

It’s an okay place
Close to most of the places we wanted to visit, however, jacuzzi was not so clean, big bedroom smells, no dishwasher, you have to use your own Netflix account. You have to communicate with the owner about wifi pass and AC pass. Some of the lower level living room couch pillows are ripped.

A Fresh Stay
We had a great time in the nearby cities, and bought groceries at the nearby markets. In the extreme heat, the house was well equipped, a back yard pool and Jacuzzi, we enjoyed the patio for lunch. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the air conditioner and maintained cool. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The owner/host of the house was helpful and respectful.

A real cozy home away!
We had a great stay at this home away from home. The kids had a blast in the swim-spa, which made it unnecessary to do much else. The outside area is very relaxing for meals or for spending time together. Plenty of stores in close driving distance. Communicating with Robert was a pleasure; he was very quick to respond. Plenty of bedrooms and beds, some books for adults and kids, and a nice kitchen. This is a residential neighborhood, not in the touristy hotel area.
