This is a great vacation style private home with all amenities. Its located close to many parks and shopping center. Laguna Beach, only 20 min, with the Pageant of the Masters in the summer time, it's numerous art galleries and great beaches. 20 min to DisneyLand, 50 min to LegoLand, Sea Word, and San Diego Zoo. Corner lot with a great view. The location is walking distance to shopping center with great varieties of food.

Winter escape
It was a nice location and a beautiful backyard patio with a stunning view of the Laguna Hills. The large bay window off of the master suite brought in so much light and the view. It was a good value.

Amazing in all aspects!
I rented this property with my wife and small child. We get to meet the owner when we pulled up. She was super welcoming and very nice. Very accommodating. The house is very spacious with a great view. Very big backyard... The house was well equipped with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area. Worth every penny.

Awesome Views, Clean & Spacious Home, Quiet Neighborhood
We truly enjoyed our stay in this home! It had all the essentials including outdoor patio furniture, TVs in 2 bedrooms, & a large one in the living room, & overall it was very spacious (kitchen was a little small but everything worked!). We enjoyed the back patio - great view, ate meals at the nice table, & watched beautiful sunsets on the padded chairs or loveseat. Because it faces the west, you get the heat of the day - great to sunbathe if you choose. It is conveniently located to shopping & easy access to the freeway. You will get a little noise from the two main streets that it's near but only if you're outside. The neighborhood felt safe & secure (even though there were many cars parked on the adjacent road). We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for family vacation
The house was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen cookwares. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Loved the large back patio. Easy access off of I-5.

Sibling Reunion 2023
My two older sisters (ages 82 & 80) and I stayed for 1 week and were very comfortable. The shower in the master bedroom had a lower step in that helped my sisters access and I used the other bathroom which had a shower/bath tub combo. Everything worked fine and we enjoyed our stay specifically because my younger sister and brother lived within just a few minutes from this location.

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at this house for a week at the beginning of June. The house was very clean, spacious, and had so many items in the kitchen we could use. We had more than enough towels and bedding...also the beds were very comfortable. The backyard is large and has an amazing view. My dad had his coffee out there every morning. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. I am very glad we stayed there and if in the area, would definitely stay there again. Communication with the owner was very easy and very nice. Highly recommended place to stay!

Perfect stay
This was the perfect stay. From reserving to checking out. Our host was quick to reply to any questions I had. Great location in reference to Concordia University where we needed to be every day. Great little Pub and shops very close to the house. House had plenty of room for my family and had all the necessities we needed! Great patio as well. Great stay!

We have couple glitches with the water heater - and air condition - the dining arm chair was broken
- furnitures was not clean and old and at time not usable broken arm chair and kitchen high chair. - no enough towels

Could Not Be Happier
We spent almost 4 months in this lovely house escaping Nebraska's winter. What a joy the beautiful gardens were to our winter weary heart's. I arranged fresh cut flowers from the plants the whole time. Roses lilies, lavender and orange blossoms were in abundance. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. Roya was the perfect owner, there when needed and never interfering. She even took the trash barrels out for us and helped with any problems we had learning about the house.

Convenient location, beautiful view
We were here from the east coast to go to a wedding; the location was great; beautiful view. I have to mention a few things that were disappointing. Overall comfort was lacking, both indoors and out. Layout was great, but really a living room that size could have used a larger than 29" TV, coffee maker was a bit crusty, along with teakettle. Another issue was the amount of towels. We had to do a load of towels, every other day for 5 guests.

Beautiful property with views and nice outdoor space. Comfy beds and perfect for families with pets. The house could use a few upgrades but it’s perfectly adequate for a short stay. The owner was easy to work with.

Beautiful View - would stay here again!
Great location centrally located with all convinces nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the house was nice and clean. Suggestions: let the host know your arrival time so she can adjust the thermostat to a proper setting. The house was hot when we arrived. Cali was experiencing a heat wave and the AC was off. It took several hours to cool and we slept hot the first night. Also, the linens did not meet my expectations and need to be upgraded. Our overall experience was very good and we would choose this property again.. Roya was a delight to work with.

This space is great.
We overall loved this place. The view, the lighting and serenity of this home. As well as the location is what made it an amazing experience. Close to everything within 10 to 20 mins distance including the freeway entrance. You should definitely stay here.
