Enjoy refreshing swims in the large 8m x 4m pool, equipped with 6 comfortable sunbeds to relax under the warm Majorcan sun. The extensive garden invites you to participate in outdoor games, and next to the pool, the large kitchen, perfectly connected to the outdoor area, offers you the opportunity to enjoy unforgettable meals at a wooden table for 6 people. This space has a special charm thanks to its large windows that allow the entry of natural light throughout the day, offering views to the outside while you share moments with family and friends. In addition, you will find a barbecue next to the kitchen for unique culinary experiences.

On the ground floor, our large living room, with the distinctive Mallorcan charm, has three large sofas and satellite TV. You will also find a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. Going up the wooden staircase, you will reach the first floor, where the other bedrooms are distributed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with air conditioning. The second bathroom with a shower is also on this floor.

Our vacation finca in Mallorca is equipped to detail with air conditioning in the three bedrooms, satellite TV, wifi, dishwasher and more. Rural finca

We had a lovely holiday but a few things would have improved our stay. A clear indication that the large kitchen diner is not accessible through the main house it has separate entry and they are not connected so essentially 2 properties. The bedrooms upstairs are very small and one of them is extremely dark even in daytime with curtains open. The downstairs bedroom is also very gloomy. They are shown on the photographs as bright and airy they are not at all. The wifi only really worked in the kitchen where it is situated and into the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs there was no wifi and limited in the main living area. The bedding was poor quality and was stained and worn. The hob is run from a gas bottle behind a curtain under the sink which makes the kitchen smell very strongly of gas especially when the doors have been closed for a while like overnight. The boiler runs from a gas bottle also so the hot water was a bit hit and Miss. The pool was lovely and a good size and depth for kids to play. The property was set in nice grounds we felt secluded and safe. But easy to get around the island. We had a electricity failure one evening at 11pm which wasn’t great but after telephoning the emergency number someone came out to us within 30 minutes and got the power back on which was brilliant service. We really enjoyed our holiday here, I wouldn’t return to this particular property but would use ideal property Mallorca and Vrbo again next year.

Außen Hui innen Pfui

Leider entsprach die Finca bis auf den Außenbereich nicht den Bildern/Beschreibung der Onlineanzeige. Die Finca ist sehr veraltet und dunkel und überall war ein sehr muffiger Geruch. Die Ausstattung ist generell sehr veraltet und oft auch defekt und leider auch teils sehr dreckig (Sofa). Wir mussten verstopfte Abflüsse und Wasserhähne reparieren und auch "Kleinigkeiten" wie defekte Mülleimer, fehlende Batterien oder defekte WC-Sitze, etc. haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr negativ geprägt. Auch einen Staubsauger haben wir vermisst, alles was zum Putzen vorhanden war, war ein alter Besen. Auch für die vorhandenen Ofen&Kamin war weder Holz noch "Werkzeug" für die Nutzung vorhanden. Preis/Leistung passt hier absolut nicht. Unter diesen Umständen können wir die Finca leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Toll zum Erholen

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen in einer ruhigen Umgebung...perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles was man brauchte war da. Lediglich der direkte Zugang zwischen dem Haupthaus und dem Wintergarten hat gefehlt was manchmal etwas umständlich war gerade bei schlechtem Wetter. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Nicht geeignet für sechs Erwachsene. Das zweite Bad oben zu klein (Dusche). In dieser Jahreszeit die Zimmer Oben zu Kalt. Problehme mit der Wasserpumpe.(Spühlkasten unten je nach Stellung undicht) Ungeziehfer in den Zimmern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön angelegt und das grosse Barbecuehaus vor dem Pool war unser Lieblingsplatz. Das Haus ist originell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Nice Stay

The bedrooms were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures as was the swimming pool. The garden was beautiful and well situated in terms of beaches and the town. Instruction for white goods would have been helpful (oven, washing machine and dishwasher and shower). Electric kettle is required. Overall a very nice stay. The property company was excellent and the landlord provided a good service. Thank you

What a peacefull and enjotyable place! We really had a great time in the bautiful finca Coscois. The outsidespace indeed is like a little paradise and we really enjoyed having our meals in the pool kitchen. When we havent been exploring the island, we spend most of our time outside and in this sunroom. We would consider coming back next year!
