Palms at Wailea #307 is a tastefully remodeled, spacious 1Bd/2Ba unit with all the comforts of home! It is conveniently located on the ground floor and it is a close walk to the picturesque resort pool. The unit has split system A/C in the bedroom. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops, and is supplied with all your vacation needs in mind. The bedroom has a king bed and the en suite bathroom is remodeled with a luxurious whirlpool bath. The convenient second bathroom boasts a beautiful travertine walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large-screen television. You can access the spacious, well-appointed lanai through either the slider in the living room or the one off the bedroom. You can see the ocean as you relax on the lanai. For your outdoor enjoyment, this Palms at Wailea #307 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. A telephone is supplied in the unit with free calling to the continental U.S. and to Canada. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long white sandy shoreline. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. A Great Place to Stay in Wailea

This is an ideal condo to stay at in Wailea with all the amenities a couple would need for cooking in and relaxing on the lanai and with an easy walking distance to the hotels and restaurants in Wailea. This was our second stay at the property and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful and well appointed.

The stay was great. We did not spend a lot of time there. Not a place for children. Pool has very strict rules. Very quiet. Close to nice restaurants, beach walk. Wailea itself is breathtaking! Worth the trip from the East coast.

Very Nice Apartment in Wailea

Great area. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Parking spot right in front of the unit. The pool is a one-minute walk. All in all very lovely place.

Great spot in Maui

We booked this condo last minute and we were very happy with our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and layout was great. We were missing hot pads to remove something from the oven, but otherwise we had all we needed. Location is quiet but super convenient to beaches and shops and the pool on site. Patio was very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!

After staying in a hotel suite for the previous 6 nights this place was just what the doctor ordered! Spacious layout and super comfortable. AC in master was nice. Ceiling fans did a good job keeping air circulating. Pool access and parking very convenient. Enjoyed our stay. Would have no reservations to stay again! Thanks so much.

It was great

I wish if they have cleaned the closets as it was filled with stuff and very dusty. We had to leave all of our luggage in the living room as there was no place to store. Hope they make these changes for a better stay in future.

Great rental. Beautiful Wailea property. Short walk to some beaches. I mean short. My wife is not a big walker and we had rental car, but both of us we're impressed how quickly you can be right on the beach from this spot. It's as quiet a country cabin and a short walk or drive for as loud as you can handle. View the Ocean from the lanai! The only thing I was skeptical about was the negative reviews about bugs going in. But seriously the bugs are a NON issue. Just be tidy and clean up after yourself and you will love it. Look forward to the opportunity to stay again!

We enjoyed having our own BBQ and we didn’t even need air conditioning with the windows opened at night. We did find if we aren’t meticulous with cleaning the kitchen we did see ants. The only other critique would be that the closest doors were quite rusty so a bit tricky to slide and open. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit.

Other than that the unit was awesome and felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we were there.

The condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and just what we needed as a base for all our activities! The outdoor area is very nice. We had a problem with the barbecue and someone came to fix it right away. The pool is far enough away so that you don't hear any noise but close enough to walk to in just a few minutes. The whole complex is very quiet which is why we chose Wailea over Kihei or the northern towns. There are lots of great restaurants to chose from very close by and the beach is just a short walk or drive away. The condo had coolers, beach chairs, a boogie board and lots of beach towels for beach fun! We highly recommend this condo and for a fabulous Maui vacation!! Enjoy!

This unit was large for a one bedroom and comfortably furnished inside and out. We chose it for its ground-level setting and spacious wrap-around lanai, and were not disappointed. It was lovely being able to walk out from both the bedroom and living room to lush vegetation of the well-kept grounds and to see the ocean from the lounge chairs just outside the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit included beach chairs, boogie board, insulated cooler bag, and plenty of towels and linens. A highlight of the complex is the large, stylish pool surrounded by gardens and with views of the ocean. The deck and chairs were immaculate and we loved coming here to cool off after being at the beach or outings around the island. Maui is an incredible place and we felt very fortunate to enjoy this condo after a long trip to get here.
